Location was perfect for event we were going to at De Montfort Hall
Needs blackout blind or curtains

It was very near de Montfort Hall, little shop over the road, cafe next door. The bedding was clean, towels were clean. It had a microwave, small fridge freezer, washing machine.
On entering the room I found a used plaster on the floor, there was no kettle for tea and coffee making, no toaster very limited cutlery 1 spoon 1 teaspoon and a knife, no fork, 1side plate and dinner plate, nothing else. The TV remote was in pieces and TV would not receive any picture, just did not work. The sink in the toilet had no plug and was blocked and slow to drain. After resting the first night I went to use the shower which was leaking from the shower head pipe and that evening on my return the head of the shower had fallen off, I could still wash with it though (overcome and adapt). Being in the centre of the university and right next to the main fire station it was very noisy at night especially Friday night and Sunday night from midnight till 5am. The general state of the room was tired and well used. Would I stay again? Yes I suppose I would, I just wanted a bed which seemed fine and somewhere to wash etc... But just a kettle and a mug would have been nice, I had brought my own coffee n tea etc, that's why it was good having the cafe next door. It didn't spoil my time I enjoyed my show evenings... Cost wise yeah it was 208 for 3 nights and for what it was I thought a bit pricey, I've stayed in great places for far less, but it served its purpose. I rang the host on both numbers 3 times but never got called back.

It only a walking distance to town and this place is near a Fire station and it’s easy to locate this house.
I stayed at the ground floor, The bush at the backyard was not properly maintain as I am afraid of snakes or other creatures that may creep into the kitchen.
There is also old rubbish that need to be clear outside the back door.
One Saturday night of my stay there, I was annoyed by other tenor in a group shout amongst themself & walk noisy at the 1st floor as well as they shut their doors aggressively.

Booking was effortless. Constant accurate communication from the host. Details given promptly. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Clean place and clean bedding. Nice shower. Car parking was free too.
Could have done with more pillows but that's just a personal choice. Nothing to dislike

I liked that it was in a quiet location and was the right choice for the work I needed to do. The staff were polite and considerate.
I had some delays in receiving my refund, but I later found it was an inadvertent oversight. I will definitely plan to lodge and recommend it.

Location
Bed was small. No bathing soap. Check in time very late

Easy to access as the host sent over the door codes on the day of arrival
The room was filthy, crumbs on kitchen sides, Mold in the shower, bed very uncomfortable, towels smelly, floor filthy, toe nails on the floor next to the bed.

It was close to my workplace
The mattress was faulty and we asked many times during our stay to replace it but they did not bother. We paid entire amount in advance and could not go anywhere else. My back is hurting badly due to their faulty mattress and don’t know how will I recover. We tried to change the side of mattress but it had all black moulds. The chair in the room was also very dirty. The security deposit of £100 is not reimbursed yet and we did late check out so they want to deduct money from that amount.

The comfort of the double bed was nice.
Nice bathroom
Unclean bed sheets, spiders webs in the corners of the rooms, not enough kitchen accessories

The room layout was fine, and as expected.
The place was very dirty, and the area around it and garden was filthy! The shower did not work at all, and the radiator is hanging off the wall. Shame because it could be a nice apartment!

It was well located near the University of leicester
The apartments were very dirty. The furniture, doors, shower, and walls were absolutely disgusting. It also had an awful smell. On it. The beds were small and uncomfortable. There was not even a smoke alarm in one of the apartments. The outdoors was also really dirty with rubbish near the buildings

The location to De Montfort Hall was perfect for our visit. My husband & I were attending concerts there over a three day period.
The communication was minimal right up until the actual day of booking in, then the directions were spot on. Where shall I start? the place was filthy & smelt of cigarettes. The floor was dirty so that muck was transferred to the bed every time it was used unless you wiped your feet off before getting into it. The bed itself was a large single, rather than a double. The two pillows supplied (I asked for additional, but was informed that only two would be provided) were flat as pancakes & you could feel your fingers meet in the middle if you pinched them together on the pillow. We had to go out & buy additional pillows. The sheet had blood stains on it & other unmentionable stains. The strong smell emanating from the storage area under the bed was musty / mouldy. The blinds at the window were missing a couple of slats so there was no way to keep the room dark. There was no mirror near any power point. Only one of the double sockets by the bed was working. The fire escape instructions were upside down? There was blood at the base of the sink pedestal in the bathroom. The shower was so small you could barely lift your arms above your head to wash your hair. The door was off its runners , consequentially, it didn't provide an adequate seal & allowed the water to escape through the gap. The "soap dispenser" had neither soap, or dispenser. There was the sound of constant running water from the toilet cistern. In the kitchen there was one set of crockery, one chipped glass, a frying pan but no saucepan. The sink had no plug, there was washing up liquid, but no wash cloth or brush & no tea towel. I'm not sure what we expected for £50 a night, but I guess you get what you pay for? or less in this case.

The apartment was very basic but good for just sleeping. Would have been nice to have sachets of tea/coffee and some UHT milk for the morning but for a 1 night or student stop, it fits the bill
