Location was great for what I needed. A large house would suit a family travelling or in the area for the football as it was very close to the stadium. The price was very reasonable. Parking outside in the street
The area was not the best but on my first visit I was a solo traveller and did not feel unsafe.

The house was spacious, easy to get into town. There were plenty of beds and enough sofas to sit on. Easy to communicate with the management agency.
The decor needs abit of a refresh, there is a musty smell so they could do with replacing some of the furnitures like the sofas maybe the rugs and painting etc. the bedding was old and needs to be replaced, the pillows where not comfortable. Made it seem overpriced, the area is not the nicest, the streets around a little run down.

Location was what we needed, close to the hospital.
Spacious property. Quite street no noise.
Super steep stairs but we got used to them its exspected in these types of properties.
Property was warm and always had plenty of hot water. Shower was great.
Having a parking space is a big plus, easy to get a permit from the host and its free. Most city center accomodation doesnt offer this so a big plus.
Smelt a bit fusty, like maybe smokers had been in there or not used for a while.
2 of us had terrible nights sleep. We both were in the 2 double bed rooms that had smoke alarms that flashed really brightly just above the beds. Super annoying as kept us awake. Just as you tried to drift of a flash would make your eyes spring open. 3rd bedroom was fine
Could do with supplying some dish cloths to wipe down the kitchen tops. I had nothing to clean with after being in the kitchen other than a tiny sponge. So bring some cloths with you.

Wonderfully spacious. Plenty of beds for everyone. There was an added fan in each bedroom which we were immensely greatful for. A lovely outside space as well. Extra room downstairs as the dining room had a sofa bed too and is seperate to lounge. Fantastic.
One bathroom was a little challenging. Internet was not that good on the first floor but great mobile signal

The place has so much space we were able to all fit together nicely !
Having 2 lounges and a functional kitchen .
Here are a few minor things noted during our stay :
1.Having just one bathroom and shower was the downside for a group under one roof .
2.All the bedding in all rooms was very creased and beds were not made properly they were lumpy .
3.Only 1 parking permit issued was also a disadvantage as the other guests had to find parking elsewhere however because our stay was during the weekend meant we didn’t really have far to walk after parking the cars .

The property was a 15 minute walk to the O2 Academy, which was ideal for our group. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, providing an ideal place to relax in before and after the event we attended. The host was particularly helpful, replying to messages instantly regarding early access and parking.
We all concentrated to ensure we didn't fall down the extremely steep staircase - perhaps a substantial handrail would help!

There was a miscommunication before we arrived which meant the cleaners had not been in. On being informed of this 4 cleaners turned up within an hour and sorted the place in a flash. They were superb. Great communication with Olly who was pleasant. Rooms are generous and very comfy beds. Warm on the coldest night of the year. Very clean and with permit easy to park one car outside. easy to walk into town - about 20-30 mins. very quiet.
Bit of a hassle with parking permit and refund but that may change as there is new system. Stairs are Amsterdam steep so need to be very careful. Only one bathroom but very modern and great shower. It is placed at back of property behind kitchen so not great for night visits.

Outstanding location
nice kitchen with QR code to show me how to use oven! Kettle, coffee press, toaster, and huge fridge. Laundry outside in shed.
Beds were comfy and cozy.
Rooms downstairs are multi purpose and practical. And we love the little patio court in back!
This house isn’t suitable for anyone with the slightest mobility issue. The sleeping rooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs, and those stairs are no joke: very, very steep, with split-level hallway between the bedrooms. This is apparently a typical style in this part of Leicester but I wasn’t expecting it.
The tub is also a high-set tub/shower combo common in Leicester but it’s very difficult to get in/out of when wet. Installling a grab bar would be a low cost upgrade that would have a big impact.
Pots and pans need to be refreshed and better sized; current choices are either a little two-fried-egg cooker or a massive wok.

utensils etc was amazing, beds and sofas were comfortable, cleanliness was spot on. can’t fault the place
the only complaint would be to provide more toilet rolls on arrival as there was only two rolls for ten people over two nights. apart from
that it was a perfect stay

Good location for Leicester city centre. Close to supermarkets. Spacious. Comfy beds. Clean linen.
Access was not straightforward. We were given the wrong keycode and owner's phone number didn't work when we tried to call. Took some time to get in after contacting through booking.com and being sent 3 different codes. Parking permit only available for 1 car, we had 2. Parking permit only refunded 2 weeks after we left and then only after going to booking.com.
Kitchenware not very clean. Pans not large enough for a larger family. Laundry facilities advertised and were only made available after I asked where they were, it's locked in shed at the back but you again have to contact owners for code and await reply. One bathroom situated down steep staircase - difficult in the night.
Broken glass in back garden. Not good for kids. An awful lot of nitrous oxide canisters left in the bin so goodness knows who'd been in before us.

Great property with a lovely patio behind. Was comfortable, very clean and had a great kitchen. Was ideally placed for our conference at the university.
The host was very responsive on messaging also.
We had issues with booking the parking space but the managing agency have said they will look into this issue. They were very responsive on the Booking.com messaging platform which was much appreciated.
There's also only one bathroom, but this wasn't an issue despite there being 6 of us.

Location was good. Parking was free but £50 deposit to be returned after giving the permit back. Provision of smart TV. Three bedrooms with double beds which were comfortable.
Only one bathroom which was located at the end of kitchen on ground floor. No bathroom/ toilet upstairs where the bedrooms were. If someone needs to go to toilet at night that was very difficult, not suitable for older age people.

The location was very good for us. Within pleasant walking distance of DeMonfort Hall, and the city centre. The property is cleaned and well looked after by a management company. An ideal place for four friends to share over a weekend. Much better than any hotel options. The rear garden/patio was a real bonus in the pleasant weather we were lucky enough to enjoy. Comfortable, clean and plenty of space. Hopefully we will be able to book this place again.
