Sangha Hall - Private Ensuite Rooms with Shared Kitchen

Perfectly located and sufficient for my needs.

4 key pads to do before could get in. That said, I got the hang of it.

I like everything, the only thing that was missing was a fan in the room. The room also needs an iron also

If there was fan and iron

The guesthouse was located in a perfect area, very accessible to everywhere. It was organised and clean, the staff were nice and helpful. The common areas were clean and organised too. They even have a washing machine with a dryer for washing your clothes. Oh, and the internet was fast! I can't be more grateful.

One tiny thing they can improve, it would be to fix the head shower from my bedroom because it was leaking.

room was clean and quiet.

check-in experience was disapointing. There were three different doors and no one at reception for self check-in — the access code we were given didn't even work. Every time we needed to get in or out, we had to call someone to come and open the door, which became a real headache throughout the stay. On top of that, we couldn't find the kitchen and had no access to extra water or basic amenities. Overall the check-in process, key/access system, and general structure of the place needs serious improvement.
