The bed sheets and the couches were very dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. There were no hand soap or any sope available in the bathrooms, which was very inconvenient. I was disappointed with the service, as the staff did not respond effectively to my requests. The overall cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement, especially before new guests check in

Clean but too close to shops and bars

Nice and clean

Booked at last minute due to being let down by another host , to close to shops for me was noisy at night people smoking and talking loud late at night had to keep windows open as it’s was very warm over the weekend

Central location, bed comfy, wifi good

Drain smell when checked into apartment, was going to check in somewhere else but decided to buy bleach and air freshener which did the trick to be fair. Window and handles were hanging off

Great Leicester apartment

This apartment was great. From the space the apartment offered, the bedrooms all having en suites, it was well equipped, and in a great location to the centre and a 10 minute walk to the Mattioli where we were every day

We had a couple of days without any hot water but a quick call to the owner, who was incredibly helpful, and all resolved.

A great stay with fabulous location i will recommend this property and i even wish to comeback again

The location was great even the space , flat screen and wifi were really good and all the appliances and cutlery provided were in great condition.

The handle of the window was broken even after complaining it was not resolved ., the flat was not cleaned even once in my 9 night stay.

STAY AWAY!!! Dodgy-looking place with questionable people coming in and out. It felt dangerous. The cleanliness was subpar, and the smell in the room was horrendous. I couldn’t stay for even one night, and they refused to give a full refund. The entrance alone is enough to make you turn away! Definitely not worth the price! The doors also didn’t feel secure.

Convenient and well stocked, would benefit from a bit of TLC.

Central Leicester location. The flat is well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Hosts easy to get hold of and quickly sorted our issues with the internet.

Some maintenance and cleanliness issues that could have been easily sorted. The messages from the owners before arrival had some conflicting information especially about parking.

Spacious room in good location

Great location in the center of Leicester, close to train station. Room is clean and spacious. Staff was helpfull when I had some issues.

WiFi was not working (host would look into this, so hopefully it is fixed now). Had some problems with getting hot water started and comfortable. Again, host would provide relevant information to future guests, so I assume this is solved as well. Note that in both cases host responded quickly and accurately

Awful.

Everything especially the location. The staff were rude. They asked for a £500 damage deposit before check in which was not clearly highlighted on the advertised card. The street outside was chaotic, dumped mattresses outside and from entrance to flat is a long way across the building with metal stairs which can be lethal in wet weather conditions.

All rooms were complete with own en suite bathroom Location is good. Security is good. Overall it is a good stay but more can be done by the owner..

Smell of cigarette by previous guest in one of the rooms is so terrible that it caused me bad nausea. The damage deposit of £500.00 was a direct charged instead of a pre-authorise. The length of time it took to be refunded was more than 7 working days. What should have been done is a prompt response as to the reason of the delay. Messages to the owner and booking.com were not replied more than 24 hours.

Excellent Value

Spacious, nice furniture, good wifi and facilities in general. Very responsive host as well - we were initially cold, asked for a heater and it arrived within 30 miniutes. In the end we did not use it but it was good to have the option.

Good value for money, would stay again

Excellent location, right in the centre. Plenty of room, all the facilities you would expect, codes to enter mean no risk of losing keys, the Wi-Fi was better than I am used to, and except for one brief moment one night because of other people in the same building, it was nice and quiet.

The blinds need repairing. There were two moments where I was given incorrect info that caused a bit of stress, was going to message about it, and then noticed I had already also been sent different correct information and didn't need to message after all.

it's a beautiful place to stay right in the middle of town all amenities within the vicinity

customer care is exceptional, we struggled with the door codes the first time but when we called the line she was so helpful and got the issue resolved in minute even then she communicated a few times to ensure we we're ok

There is no parking at the property but there is parking just round the corner. it's only about £10 for 24 hours

Managment was great but place needs some maintenance.

Location was good for what we needed. quiet didn’t hear traffic. Manager was great when we couldn’t get into the property. Easy to contact and sorted it out instantly.

The bathrooms need a lot of attention. Bathroom 1 the tap wasn’t fitted and when you lifted the tap to get water the whole thing lifted. Bathroom 2 the corner tray to put shampoo on was rusty and filthy. looks like it had never been cleaned both shower heads were covered in black mildew as were the walls . Rug in bedroom was dirty and needed hoovering. The kitchen looked clean until you actually got closer. oven was dirty , windows dirty and frames were even worse. Nothing a deep clean wouldn’t solve. One of the windows in the kitchen the lock was broken and we were unable to close it . this made it so cold as it was already freezing outside. Heating was on when we got there but for the whole 2 days no heating except in the bathroom

central location. host was good - he brought me another plug in heater the next day, as requested.

stairs to apartment were very unclean. vertical blinds were old and broken. blinds hung o et the one electric heater and had scorch marks on them. this made me very uneasy about leaving heater on when I went to sleep. it was very cold, there was only that one small heater. splash back behind Hob had scorch marks on it so again I was not happy to use the Hob.

Poor all round except for location

Location was the only positive slap bang off in the city centre

Place was like a drug house when you finally got in. Wasn't sent the PIN for the doors so had to call the owner in the pouring rain. The apartment is a converted office block that is poorly done and in need of an overhaul. The entrance was dirty as was the entire place, there was a dirty sock under one bed and layers of dust everywhere. The pictures are catfishing compared to real life with patch jobs done everywhere and rain leaking from the smoke vent just outside the apartment door and the botch roof fix leaked throughout the stay. Didn't have the time nor patience to complain at the time of stay as I was on business but I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
