It was a pretty spacious unit. We loved it. It felt very homey. Very clean towels were provided. Beds were comfy and clean. They provided coffee, sugar and kettle. They also have microwave and hair dryer. Shower temperature was working well. They provided shampoo and conditioner. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and we'll definitely book these rooms again when we visit Leicester.
We had a little bit of trouble looking for the entrance but the instruction on how to get the key was very helpful. There was no body soap. My parents didn't have any fan in their room. It would have been nice to have 2 fans at least for both rooms as it got hotter in the middle of the day.
