Cental location, quality of fixtures and fittings, communications with owner. This was my second stay here for a week so exactly as I expected.

Really impressed with the central location of this property. Only a few minutes walk from bus station or train station with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in immediate vicinity. Communication from owner was excellent and obliging from start to finish via WhatsApp. Some of the appliances and shower took a bit of getting used to, but there are information booklets about most appliances in kitchen drawer. Ample cleaning materials, crockery and utensils and a few personal touches (bar of chocolate and bottle of water) were appreciated.
Was here for just over a week and only had one issue at 3am Saturday night/Sunday morning when a late night reveller (obviously having had one too many) decided to press the intercom buttons for fun. The rest of the week no problems and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so no security issues. Obviously this minor inconvenience is beyond the control of the owners so does not affect my overall ratings of the property which I have no hesitation in recommending to other visitors.

I loved the coziness of the place and the proximity of the location to nice restaurants and close to a 24/7 shop.
The host was very reliable, very supportive and agreeable.
Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
Not anything in particular.
