My stay here was really pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, making it a relaxing place to spend time. The host communicated clearly, and the instructions for finding the building and getting inside were simple to follow. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, and I’d be happy to stay again.

The location and access to parking which was £6.45 instead of the £5.45 we were told at the time of booking.
The shower was having issues and the maintenance made it as if it was our fault. Constantly being told that we are going to pay if they are charged call out fees. The maintenance locked us out before our check out date. They collected £40 from us for their already damaged item. The side table was bad when we arrived but they charged £40 from us because they already had access to the card we used during £200 deposit. This experience is awful.
