The Marshall - 3 Bed Contractor House with Free Parking - Monthly Stays

The property was functional, had what we needed for our stay (except for a kitchen knife and a clothes airer) and beds were comfortable. Towels and bedding were clean. Parking permit included and easy to find a space nearby. We had a few issues, as mentioned, but I will say that Lyter Living seem like a fab company. They were very responsive, kind and easy to communicate with. They sent a cleaner back round and also came round to investigate maintenance issues. I believe their intention is to rectify these issues following our departure, prior to booking in any further stays.

It hadn’t been cleaned to a brilliant standard when we arrived, particularly the bathroom, one of the bedrooms and some areas of the kitchen. There were also various broken blinds and other maintenance issues around the property. We also didn’t particularly like the area the property was in.
