For Students Only The Tannery Leicester 8 min walk to De Montfort University

I liked the studio, it had most of the things that you need (excluding a broom and a dustpan it would be really useful to be added to the facilities as it is needed for longer stays, I stayed for a month ) The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The noisy surroundings, people shouting, listening to the music in the night in the front of the building, students slamming the doors and shouting on the hallway any time of the day /night, but that doesn't depend on the property management so they couldn't do anything about it. It is really disturbing for a (full time) working student. If you're looking for a place to stay, rest after work and carry on with your studies I would definitely recommend a different place, not a student accommodation where students are being loud and noisy, same as the people that live in the surrounding area, staying up all night with loud music in their cars,drinking.... If you like adrenaline, you're a noisy student yourself then this is the perfect place to be. :) I apologise but I have to be honest and share the real experience that I had that overall was okay excluding that I was unable to properly rest most of the nights.

I stayed here for a few nights and it was what I needed. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfy. Everything felt safe and secure, which was great. The location is spot on - Wi-Fi was decent enough for streaming and browsing. If you’re after something simple and budget-friendly, this place is perfect. Not fancy, but really good value for short stays!

The Tannery in Leicester exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, being close to both De Montfort University and the University of Leicester. The apartment was well-maintained, secure, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free WiFi and concierge service added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.

Wish there could be more food spots nearby!
