Good clean property in a convenient location, let down slightly by lack of transparency

Was located in a convenient area, the property was clean on arrival, and had everything we needed for our stay, for the price was a great deal. Owner was helpful and answered any questions. I do recommend this property as a nice budget property

Many of the pictures shown are AI enhanced, making the property look much more perfect than it actually is, the property is clean and modern, the AI enhancements are not needed. There was also confusion about the address of the property, don't expect it to be door 56 as indicated on the listing, as it's Flat 1 Door 62. This is not a property where you get a dedicated front door, it is a shared front door, more so, you once again share another door going into the flat itself, it's as if the flat you are staying in has been split into 2 mini flats, the upstairs being someone else's, and the downstairs being the flat you stay in, BE AWARE, the toilet to the flat is out side of the flat itself, it is in a shared hall way, however we were reassured that this was solely our toilet and now shared. The TV was partly damaged, we were still able to use it just fine and didn't affect us, just worth mentioning. Owner needs to do better in terms of transparency. The negative section of my review being longer than the positive is no indicator that this is a bad property, just things that I thought were important to mention.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Leicester. It's perfect for couples, solo travellers, or families. Cheap but I should have spent more on a better place.

Everything you need.

The location is a little iffy at night. The door to the room had been forced open and crudely repaired. The smell of cannabis in the communal hall was quite strong. The gym downstairs had music playing all night. It wasn't loud but could be heard when you lay down to sleep. It didn't bother me but if you are a light sleeper, bothered by such things then you may want to choose another place.

The room was adequate and parking easy as we only came back in the evenings.

There was no plug in the kitchen sink and the toaster did not work but this was rectified within ten minutes of sending a message to the hosts, well done, sadly the toaster was of the small variety and our slices of bread were quite large! Kitchen utensils were good.

We were disappointed to find the toilet outside the apartment, but it didn't prove to be a problem as I don't think anyone else was using the stairs by the toilet. The room is on a busy road junction, it wasn't too noisy at night but early morning was quite noisy and as we were lucky the weather was good we needed to have the windows open. Perhaps a fan? The table was a high table in the corner so we eat on our laps, a couple of trays would have made this perfect.

The toilet is outside the door which has access from the above flat, the bedding didn’t look like it had been washed, as you walk in the handrail was hanging off the wall, bathroom had mould on the shelf and was dirty, the whole place stank of cannabis and the owner of the property is offensive.

Great place to crash for the night after a football game...... but not for anything longer.

Cheap, basic accommodation. Clean inside. Central Location. Heating worked well. Relatively newly decorated. But it has its drawbacks......

Noisy. Bed is right by the window over the main road. Toilet is outside the flat, shower is a cupboard inside. Both REALLY clean and new, though. The entranceways were cluttered with broken furniture. Entrance itself was at the back of a parade of shops which was dark and cluttered with commercial wheelie bins spilling out rubbish. I was actually reluctant to leave my car parked there for fear of damage due to the location and/or the likelihood of it being collection day for the bins early morning. All of this was brought to a crescendo on the night of a Leicester home game, where it became apparent that this back street is where alot of fans park up and then walk through the centre to the King Power. No parking that night. Oh, and the TV had a fault, although it did actually work, to a degree.

Le lit. la cuisine Bien équipée avec le grand frigo et congélateur.

Voisins bruyants au dessus. Isolation acoustique très mauvaise. les toilettes sont en dehors du studio a coté de la porte d'entrée.
