Lovely welcome given by host with very clear instructions. Always willing to answer questions and easy to get a hold off.
Appreciate the little extra touches- welcome chocolates and small toiletries. One of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen- with plenty of tea/coffee and even breakfast options.
Plenty of cleaning supplies provided too.
These things are out of host's control
-as per previous reviews sometimes other residents could be noisy at times. There was one particular resident that would make noise around 2-3am most nights.
-just be aware when keeping window open that the smell of weed/smoke can enter flat.

The welcome package of information was thorough and informative about how to get into the apartment and the facilities that were available.
The apartment had all the amenities you could need for a short stay.
Out of the hosts control but the usual terrace housing parking free-for-all, especially if coming back late, you may need to park in the next street over.

The property is located about 30 minutes walk from Leicester City Centre on a quiet street and just about 5 minutes walk from Lidl Supermarket and other shops.
The property is equipped with appliances for a comfortable stay.
