central flat

Easy to book and prompt communication from host. Location very central, easy to get to where I needed.

I didn't realise how rough and busy the area was at night, very noisy, lots of people shouting and swearing on the street. The flat itself was OK, but lots of marks on the walls, stains on curtains and bedsheets. So, overall, disappointing, and I didn't feel as safe, the shared hallway with other flats had questionable people moving in and out. Host also asked for a cash deposit to be transferred prior to releasing the check-in details, which was returned after a few days, I found it unusual as never had experienced this before.

Another fantastic night in this beautiful apartment! The attention to detail really stood out—everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. It’s rare to find a place that feels both stylish and homely, but this one nails it. The host’s communication was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I recently stayed at this wonderful flat and had an exceptional experience. The place itself is fantastic—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The décor is modern and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. A genuinely nice guy, he was always available to answer any questions and provided great local tips that made my visit even more special. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The combination of a lovely apartment and an excellent host made for a perfect trip.

Great last-minute accommodation and an excellent host.

I had been left high and dry by another apartment owner (Best Hotel Leicester) They Cancelled 3 days before my stay (Leicester City playing at home, maybe they got a better offer…) I booked Granby Apartments in hurried desperation as I didn’t want to ruin the weekend for myself or for the 2 friends I was sharing with! We stayed in Flat 3, 4 Alfred Place. The owner, Mo, was absolutely charming and phoned me to discuss the damage deposit, which he then kindly waived as I was struggling to find another £200 deposit, as it took a week to get my refund from the cancellation. The apartment is at the top of several flights of stairs but that meant it was relatively quiet. The block and flat seemed safe and secure, with several key-coded doors to get through. And it is ideally located off Granby St, with a public car park next door. We were out at gigs/events with friends most of the weekend and it was a pleasingly short walk back each night. It was clean and tidy, with 2 comfy double beds and a sofa bed, Wi-Fi, hot shower, good fan ventilation in the bathroom, hairdryer, and a functional kitchen with fridge, w/m, smart tv, kettle, toaster, and basic mugs/plates/glasses. Simple but efficient.

Could’ve done with larger (or more) towels as I struggle to wrap one hand towel around me! Building (stairs) smells damp and musty, which was a bit off putting when we arrived, but the flat itself smelled fresh and dry.

Great

I needed a place for the night and I booked the place around 10mins before normal check in time. The cleaners were sent and everything was ready quickly. The host was very helpful and answered all my queries. Also the price is a steal for the size !

booked this accommodation last minute due to not having anywhere to stay from the previous accommodation I booked. The owner directly messaged me regarding my booking I ended up explaining the situation to him asking him if we could check in before 16:00. He was absolutely understanding to my situation and offered me help and kept me updated at all times. What we paid to stay there for two nights was impressive. The location was right in the city centre, it was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was so helpful too in informing us about parking and gave us suggestion. Deposit was transferred back into account the same day as check out. If I needed something such as more towels, the owner was happy to help and rang around to his cleaners and kept me informed too. He really did go out of his own way to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely stay here due to the service and facility.
