Homely stay

Small but had everything for a short stay. Comfortable and clean. Worth the price paid for it.

Nothing that the owner can do but the parking is a bit of a pain as it is street parking on a busy road.

Great apartment and great host

Lovely flat. Fully equipped. Easy to reach from the motorway and centrally located. Host was attentive and went over and above to make us feel at home.

It could benefit from having a few less ornaments and items of furniture.

Street is a bit shabby. Communal Hallway too... but get past this and the apartment itself is Grrrreat.

Great Value.... comfy cosy home from home.

Losing count of the reviews of have done on this apartment, as this is my place of choice when I am working in Leicester. Comfy all round, decent TV in front of a great sofa... and the honest is a genuinely nice person.

I have gotten over the untidy street and the communal entrance over the weeks. Especially as this place has been booked some weeks and I have had to stay elsewhere. I keep coming back here.

Homely, comfortable... Great Value.

Very homely. Lots of kitchen utensils. I forgot my garlic crush doodad, was about to go buy one, then found one in a drawer. Just a nice place to be whilst away for work. Might not be everyone's cup of tea as this is not the minimalist newbuild vibe. AT ALL. The host is lovely, genuine, and responded instantly when a snag arose. Great value for money in my opinion.

You could moan about the street, you could moan about the communal hallway, but this review is about the whole. Its close to the centre, but isn't the most..... affluent.... of areas. But neither is where I actually live!!!!!! This is the ground floor of a converted house so the noise insulation to upstairs isn't great but not overly intrusive.

Great value comfortable apartment. Look past the communal entrance, the overall experience is great.

Great value for money. Very clean and well maintained. The decor is very homely and its a nice place to sit and chill after work. Vast amount of cooking utensils, etc. Well stocked teabags and a pint of organic milk in the fridge. Close to the gym, town centre and work.

Location is not great aesthetically speaking, the street as a whole is untidy and a wee bit run-down. The communal hallway could do with some TLC, and has undertones of cat, possibly due to the other private residence above. This doesn't carry through to the apartment though, once inside you are all good. Not the quietest either with noise from above and the sides. Not a deal breaker for me as I bash around cooking etc, and I am an early riser to the gym.... so... quid pro quo. None of this would stop me from booking here again. Especially given the low cost, its an easy recommendation.

Fab!

Lovely little hideaway. Shared hallway with tenant upstairs which was no problem. Clean,quirky, lovely little flat. Shared patio,was nice and so quiet and peaceful out the back! Easy walk to newspaper shop,off licences and eateries. The Dubai shawarma is right on the corner.... delicious!

It was absolutely amazing! The interior was very very beautiful, everything was organised, clean and tidy! 🤍🙌🏽 Definitely would recommend! And very affordable, as well. The owner is absolutely amazing and lovely! 🌸

comfy stay on good location that is value for money

Good comfy space, good kitchen facilities, ample free parking. Had everything we needed i.e. coffee, towels and iron. Good communication form the owner and nice homely touches. Good location for Leicester city and Fosse Park, lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

Quiet street but can hear neighbours occasionally e.g. music etc but is to be expected in a residential setting. There are black out blinds in the bedroom but is still quite light. The space was pretty clean overall but could be better e.g. there was some lumps of food on a jug on the kitchen side.

An absolutely adorable little place, very cosy and cute …. highly recommended ❤️ Thank you for the mince pies, went down a treat & for leaving milk for us …. really appreciated it ❤️

Just a few little things that would make the stay comfortable. The curtain on the patio door was totally transparent so no privacy. Again maybe blinds on the windows in the bathroom again for privacy And lastly the shower curtain was way too close, was difficult having a shower as had to keep pushing the shower curtain out the way.

Adele was really lovely & accommodating. check- in was seamless & some lovely provisions welcomed me on arrival. The flat was is so cosy & homely, Perfect for unwinding after work. Free parking!! A small garden area! Great Value! Wonderful host!! I highly recommend!!!

All was great for my needs. A real “home away from home”. Also, on reading reviews before booking, I can see that Adele has listened made the changes that were flagged up by those reviewers! A breath of fresh air in a sea of “greedy/lazy hosts! Bravo Adele!!!

Location close to the bus stop.

Bedroom was to light at night, no curtains, just white venetian blinds letting to too much light from the street lamp just outside the bedroom window, therefore difficult to sleep.

Within easy reach of Leicester Cathedral

We were in Leicester for the Looking for Richard III Experience and to see Leicester Cathedral. We were able to walk there in 30 minutes down the interesting Narborough Road. We ate a delicious Turkish meal on the way back. The house was clean and comfortable. The bed was a double but had a lovely mattress.

There is a street light outside the bedroom which was quite disturbing. Maybe a more opaque blind would help.
