No we’re to wash up cups or bowls if needed. A small fridge would be lovely if staying more than one night. Kitchen roll for wiping down surface when making tea etc.

Good location and clean

Location excellent for walking to Glenfield Hospital, about 20 minutes walk, and good off road parking. Microwave, plates, cutlery were handy but nowhere to wash or rinse plates as bathroom sink so small. Nice size kitchen table to eat/work at.

Small double bed, tiny shower and hand basin. All small to fit in the small space. Felt cramped. Toilet seat and toilet roll holder not attached correctly so both kept moving about. No splash back tiles on hand basin. The bed creaked and groaned every time you turned. Awful black polyester sheets and duvet set and lacklustre towels. Earplugs were provided. Quiet road. I was puzzled why the earplugs? Then realised you can hear every sound coming from the house. Footsteps above, running water, toilet flushing. I felt like I was sleeping in a converted small garage, concrete areas and rough sawn wood cupboard panels in the kitchen. With a few tweaks this could be so much more comfortable.

Reasonably priced accommodation in quiet area

Travelled to the area to attend a family funeral service the following day. The room was good value, half the price of a room in the Premier inn. Was within easy walking distance to meet up with other family members staying at the hotel. Received email with check in information, accessed the room easily. The bathroom was small (as previous feedback stated) but was sufficient, shower was hot & it was nice to find it supplied with shower toiletries. Room was quiet, only heard some small amount of noise once we were up in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Used to a bigger bed but slept well enough. A room fan was also provided, didn’t need it but was nice to know it was there.

The description of the room states there is a kettle and further down it states Tea/coffee maker. There is only a kettle, which would be fine if both tea & coffee sachets were provided, unfortunately there were only tea bags.

Overall a really comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and spacious, nice and clean, and the private entrance and en-suite bathroom (small but nice) were very convenient features of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to sleep well. The compact 'dining room' at the front of the accommodation was very useful for relaxing in, having a tea or coffee, and a bite to eat. The landlady was kind and friendly, and checked whether I needed any more milk sachets, and whether everything was ok for me, which was very thoughtful of her. The accommodation is on a pleasant, quiet road in the middle of Glenfield, and is in a handy location, close to main roads and close to the large Morrisons store on Station Road too. I felt very satisfied with my stay, thank you to the owners.

Not really a big deal, but the decor and bedding is mainly black, maybe not to everyone's taste, however the overall feel of the accommodation is good, I couldn't find any real faults to be honest.

timely communication from the host; self check-in with lockbox. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of parking spaces ; quiet house. Good wifi, extremely comfortable bed. Lovely night's sleep. Room as in photos.

en-suite is a little cramped, but adequate. Nothing to complain about !!!

very small and cramped. No television. shower very slippery needs, some kind of antislip. Just enough for 2 coffees but NO spoons. Very noisey before 8 ish Kids running about in room above. but ear plugs left for use (thats a first)

Had a lovely stay!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely welcoming hosts, very clear instructions were sent to email but as they were there they showed us how to enter, it is a very convenient side entry with a lock box that houses the key so entry was streamlined and very easy! The room was very modern and very clean and the host did say to us that if we needed anything for example the heating turned up, the quiet time was 9pm and you couldn't hear a pin drop from the hosts after 9pm so they did stick to this so we had loads of sleep, the room was also very spacious!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else too!! Thank you so much!!

A comfortable stay made more enjoyable because the host and her family were welcoming and friendly

Very friendly and helpful owner who responded very quickly to message requests and questions made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation is nicely decorated in a modern style and has everything needed for one or two nights including convenient free parking and free wifi. It's in a nice residential area and very conveniently located. There is a Tesco Express a short walk away and also a Dominoes pizza and other shops just a couple of streets away. There is a kettle in the room and a decent shower. If you need the heating switched on just message the host. I asked for it to be on early in the morning and this was easily and quickly arranged on a timer. The room and bathroom heat up quickly. The private entrance is nice as you don't feel you are disturbing anyone by going out.

The bed is quite hard but there is a mattress topper. Having said that I slept well. It is adequate for one or two nights although might not be everyone's preference.

Safe area. Hot shower.

Bed and bedding very very basic and uncomfortable. Boiler tripped when I arrived. After 1.5 hours of uncomfortable complaining I finally got heating (5 degrees outside an inside to start with.) No sound insulation to main house so baby crying and loud moving around of occupants. No bedside shelf for tea, water, alarm etc. Everything on cold floor next to bed. No blinds so if curtains open everyone can see right in as path is adjacent to room. Had to stir tea with toothbrush as no spoon or stirer No shower gel, just hand soap on small basin. Part of room used for entrance full of junk and conversion materials. Half a toilet roll Etc

Disappointing experience.

The room and bathroom were clean

No reception on arrival, had difficulty in finding the room. Heating was erratic with long hours of cold. Room very basic with the barest minimum. Bed was not comfortable. Did not have a feel of being home away from home.
