Would happily stay again!

It’s a lovely apartment for a couple! We felt safe there despite it being a busy road. It was equipped with all the amenities you could need, the whole apartment was very clean and Khalid himself was an amazing host! Plenty of towels, an extra blanket and handy storage too. Having a Netflix subscription was a lovely touch, as were the small gifts left for the birthday we were celebrating. We also worked from there so having the desk in the living room came in handy. Overall a really well thought out apartment. Thanks Khalid!

Parking on the side street can be complicated as it was an ‘unofficial’ one way road. Having onsite parking would have been more ideal although we know this isn’t something the host can change. The automated flush did become a bit annoying as it would go off multiple times but it’s a very small thing in the midst of a very lovely stay. It’s also on the expensive side but we found that to be the case for all the accommodations in the area.

Nothing much to say, overall it was great. but if I had to pick on something, the bed can be a little tight for two. But theres a sofa bed for you to use, so no issues there.

Cozy, comfortable, sleek and modern

Very tidy flat , newly renovated, it has everything you can think of for your stay! Location is ideal The owner Khalid is a proper gentleman, a very helpful and kind chap I would highly recommend this place to stay and I’ve stayed in a few around Leicester as I come to visit family 5 ⭐️ See you at Christmas 🎄

Great Stay!

We had an amazing month long stay at this one-bedroom apartment. It was the perfect size for us, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and had a great layout that made it feel spacious despite being a one-bedroom. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to family we wanted to visit. There is also a Tesco a 2 minute walk away. Khalid was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always available if we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment .

Clean, comfortable, modern, safe and extremely well equipped apartment with a wonderful host. K was excellent and went over and above our expectations. His communication before arrival was fauktless. From welcoming us at the apartment to bidding us farewell, he was extremely helpful and always there if we needed him. We cannot thank him enough. Although a little out of city centre the location gave us good access to the historical centre and also great park and Riverside walks.

Apartment is located on a main road so there is some traffic noise. However, this was kept to a minimum with good double glazing.

Exceptional 1 bedroom luxury flat.

Everything. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Everything needed was supplied. Nothing was too much trouble. Very nice touches. Will definitely be back soon.

Very modern, comfortable luxury house, central location

Beautiful rooms, very nice and accommodating owner, very comfortable space, central location near to tesco and bus stop across the road. Great coffee, and little luxuries.

A bit of noise from the road, traffic wasn't bad more from people and fireworks. The hand drier in the bathroom is loud so had to avoid at night so as to not wake the boys.

Luxury, Comfortable & Safe

Beautiful, Modern, and most importantly a Comfortable and Safe place to stay. Very homely, in a great location, only a few minutes away from local shops and amenities including the City Centre. The Host, Khalid, was very welcoming and made my stay extra special with everything being to perfection.

Wonderful clean, convenient flat in Leicester

Khalid is an excellent host. He was very responsive and kindly let us book an extra night. It was nice to have a full flat with a kitchen and someone able to sleep on the pullout sofa. The bathroom is very modern with a nice shower head. Convenient location as less than a half hour walk to city centre.

The pullout sofa is not particularly comfortable but I was able to sleep. The bed in the bedroom was fine. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not filled.

Had a perfect week at this property! It was completely spotless and had everything to make a cosy stay. Just felt like a second home. I loved the modern touches. Especially In the bathroom. The host was attentive and always on hand when necessary. A great location, walking distance from various shops and close to the centre. Well worth the price, will definitely return!

I didn't personally mind this as a solo traveller but couples should note that the bed is a small double.

Great Leicester stay!

Immediately after booking I received personal messages from the host welcoming me to my upcoming stay. Really friendly and helpful. Check in was nice and easy, parking was perfect, literally across the road. There was parking available all times, I was in and out a fair bit during my stay. Easy to get to from motorways and central Leicester. The shower and bathroom were the best bits, so modern, clean and stylish. Shower with hot hot water is always a plus! Kitchen had everything needed, most apartments don't have the simple things like foil and cling film, but this one had everything. Coffee machine was great to have, and plenty of pods and biscoff biccies to go with it! Great TV and living area with access to Netflix. Plenty of storage space, iron, hairdryer and everything that you'd want as part of a short stay, or even a long one at that. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this lovely apartment.

Felt like home!

Completely spotless, very aesthetically pleasing and beats majority of hotels in Leicester! Khalid is so lovely and delightful to speak with, made sure I was happy with everything throughout my stay. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be sure to contact Khalid again when in Leicester!

Comfortable Stay | Amazing Host

The property is amazing and located at a very convenient location - 20 mins walking from the city centre. The apartment is well stocked and with a lot of personal touches. It has everything that an individual needs to have a comfortable stay. Lots of natural lighting, well ventilated, great sized TV, high-speed internet, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Last but not the least - the host. Khalid is extremely responsive and co-operative. He was extremely helpful and continuously monitored my comfort by regularly keeping in touch. Extremely kind and even offered to drop off my baggage (which I accidentally left inside the house after checking out) at my next accommodation. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a brilliant host.

the property was lovely, extremely clean and I was provided with everything I needed - including the wonderful coffee machine ! The hosts were lovely and were available to answer any questions I had.

Wonderful host!

I do a lot of stays away from home and this by far has to be the best stay i’ve had. The flat is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures and there’s free street parking. It was very clean and you can tell a lot of care and attention has been put into this place. The kitchen was fully equipped, a flat screen tv with netflix, a desk if you needed to work, and a lovely high spec bathroom. Khalid was such an amazing host, honestly. He was so accommodating and a genuinely lovely person. He messaged throughout the week to make sure everything was okay, and even left us a box of chocolates and milk. I would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again

Perfect spot for a city break

Khalid the owner was so welcoming. Lots of info before our arrival and several times checked to make sure we were okay. Lots of space, lovely and clean. Really well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to Tesco local, slightly further on is a huge Tesco megastore and it is a pleasant walk into the city centre. Chocolates were a lovely gesture.

excellent flat in a perfect location for me. Khalid was friendly and very helpful meeting me at the flat with the keys explaining how things worked and brought me some milk so I could have a tea on arrival. The flat was spacious, bed comfortable and had all I needed. Highly recommended
