Park View

Location is convenient. Near to food stores and restaurants. Positive response to my request for a particular room The room was away from road traffic noises. WIFI and TV were provided and Kettle and Fridge

Tea, coffee, suger and milk were only provided on arrival not on daily bases as my previous stay. Room cleaning and fresh towels were not provided on daily basis. Toliet roll was almost finish and no replacement provided.

Excellent value for the room, very close to the city centre.

It’s great value for money so you get what you pay for

Convenient location, clean and well-equipped room with good size.

There was a mixup with the room. They allotted me a room which was already occupied by another guest. There is no front office/reception at this property. No one responded to my phone calls. Luckily, I found the housekeeping staff who was about to finish her duty and leave, but she helped me and called the management. It was all sorted then and the rest of the stay was great. Small part of the bathroom floor was broken and should be fixed for safety reasons. Bathroom sink was the smallest I have ever seen!

It was close to the railway station and I just wanted a bed for the night.

Bathroom was plagued with wasps, had to keep getting out of the shower to kill the waspsAlso there was no light for the bed .Light switch was beside the door not near the bed.
