The location is great, 15 mins walk to Leicester uni, 3 mins to Co-op, 2 mins from bus stop. It has everything we need.
The building hallway has lingering cigarette smell, but the flat is completely free of the smell, so that's good.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights close to our daughter who lives in clarendon park, this was ideal
The kitchen was fairly basic, there were no knives for eating, but we got by with forks and spoons

The email with the keysafe details went to my junk mail - so check this!. BUT the other tenants in the property were sooooo helpful and were able to get in touch with the landlord to gain access. The flat was cosy and close to lots of amenities. The bed was comfy.
