Beautiful facilities inside the home ! Host needs to improve Customer service need improving .
The bedrooms have plenty space to sleep 2 double beds in one room and in the other a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom is massive !
The host did not send us access details earlier on in the day and even when we called to request the details ( late at night )he still told us to call back when we get to the property , which made us feel unsettled as that was not what was mentioned on Booking.com. At some point we really felt like we would get to the address and realise it didn’t exist but thankfully a few minutes before we arrived he sent the access details .I feel our stay would have been very pleasant if we hadn’t been made to feel anxious about not having access information earlier in the day. Unfortunately because we were busy we didn’t realise we had not received the access details until when we were ready to go to the property however the host should not wait for guests to request access details especially after they paid upfront !

The beds were very noises. Everytime you roll over or the kids moved it squeaks and wakes up you up
