Disappointing stay — the property fell short on cleanliness, comfort, and overall service.
The property having four bedrooms.
The advertisement states there were two bathrooms, only to find there was one full bathroom which included a bath, toilet and sink. And the other was only a toilet and sink. The property was unclean, lots of cobwebs everywhere, stains on the bed etc. The seating in the living room was uncomfortable, stained and tatty. It was conservatory seating. The seating on the chairs with the dining tables had collapsed hence we could not use them. All the mattresses were uncomfortable, extremely soft and bouncy. Despite having parking on site advertised, this is a terraced property and finding parking on the street was impossible.

The property was clean and tidy. The bed and bedsheets were clean . The whole was tidy and clean
The parking was hit and miss due it being on regular street. The house was cold and the heating was controlled by the landlord who kept switching it off regularly. we had to constantly over ride it . the shower head was reported 3 months ago as faulty but still not repaired. showering was hard work. toilet door did not lock . Overpriced for the type of accommodation.
