Buona posizione per visitare Bruxelles

Monolocale nuovo, arredato con gusto, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni "Bruxelles Chapelle" e a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Supermercati nella via davanti e fermata dell'autobus poco distante dal portone. Piuttosto pulito, letto e cuscini comodi, la cucina è abbastanza fornita per cucinarsi un pasto. Erano stati messi a disposizione anche sale, pepe, caffè istantaneo, zucchero e panna da caffè. Doccia comoda e con una buona pressione dell'acqua. Riscaldamento ben funzionante. Il proprietario non lo abbiamo visto, ma è stato veloce e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande... Ci aveva lasciato le chiavi nel ristorante sottostante e anche lì sono stati gentili e disponibili. C'è l'asciugacapelli e vengono dati 2 asciugamani a testa.

Le finestre di altri appartamenti si affacciano direttamente sul vostro e la tendina che è stata messa non copre perfettamente la zona. La finestra del bagno non si può chiudere e nemmeno la porta che si connette al patio esterno, dando sensazione di poca sicurezza... Le maniglie, tra l'altro, sembrano potersi staccare da un momento all'altro. Non viene fornito né shampoo né bagnoschiuma, ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema perché li avevamo portati. Lavandino del bagno estremamente piccolo, difficile da utilizzare. Insonorizzazione molto scarsa, si sente tutto ciò che succede negli altri appartamenti e sulle scale. Consiglio di aggiungere uno scolapasta in cucina, che è forse l'unica stoviglia che manca, e dell'olio per cucinare.

Bella esperienza!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. È stato apprezzato il check-in in autonomia ed inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la professionalità e la disponibilità del proprietario nel darci le giuste istruzioni. La camera si presentava grande, accogliente, pulita e con svariati comfort: cucina, bollitore, forno, minifrigo, bustine per il caffè e zucchero. Era presente una televisione e una veranda esterna. Il bagno era provvisto di asciugacapelli (cosa non scontata) e un sacco di asciugamani. Doccia super confortevole.

Non abbiamo apprezzato, nonostante le regole imposte delle 22:00 di silenzio, gli schiamazzi e il rumore dei piatti alle ore 00:00 delle persone al piano superiore. Inoltre, non siamo riusciti a chiudere la finestrella del bagno ed era presente soltanto il sapone per le mani. I cuscini erano un pò scomodi

Cher pour ce que c'est, mais bien situé et relativement calme.

Emplacement idéal en centre-ville. Accès en voiture difficile, mais possible. Le restaurant libanais au rez de chaussée est délicieux.

Très peu de vaisselle, frigo en équilibre sur un support ... la terrasse n'en est pas une, elle permet uniquement de sortir fumer. Pas de fenêtre, sauf sur le puits de lumière intérieur.
