Silvestre was Nice person! But unfortunately, This place is in a dangerous neighborhood. There were people drinking outside and some homeless people came to ask for money, so my family's experience was very scary. We left a few minutes after arriving because we found mouse droppings on the bed and couch. And the bathroom smelled awful because there was trash outside.

Worst experience ever in a filthy place

Once again the (Silvestre) employee made us wait 45 minutes under the house at night in a bad neighborhood. The place was filthy and seemed to be inhabited by homeless people. The entrance smelled of urine. Sheets and a few towels obviously dirty and stained. I really don't understand how booking can allow the presence of these accommodations and certain characters who manage these dilapidated structures. Horrible.

It was okay because it was only one night, but wouldn’t go back

The place is in a really insecure area of the city. There were drug addicts in the building at all times, and the front door of the flat wasn’t even locked when we arrived. One of the lights of the corridor would be on and off the whole time. All in all, very insecure if alone, or with children, even just in general, not a nice place, and it felt like someone was going to break in at all times.

Terrible!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Online it appeared as a fairly new property close to the train station. The proximity to that was convenient.

When arriving on site, the building is in a very dirty area. There was trash everywhere outside the building and smelled of urine. Homeless people line the streets sleeping. The apartment did not have power/lights in the bedroom nor the bathroom. Had to pee in the dark! Didn’t even utilize the bedroom due to no power. It was also extremely HOT, no air con, and you can hear the movement and conversations of all the neighbors a if they are in your room. This warranted a refund as there was no power, no Wi-Fi, and none of that was advertised, but the owners are very selfish and only want your money and not your comfort. I warn you, don’t stay here. It’s low key not even a safe area to be in. Upon leaving, someone’s car was burglarized in front of the building. They need to take this off Booking.com. $120 US for one night, robbery.

Mucho olor!Poca limpieza. Había lauchas. La distribución del lugar...malisima!El trato del personal (en principio) no fue cordial. Es un lugar con mal ambiente.

Ok pour le prix, central, calme mais délabré

Par rapport à la situation très centrale à côté de la Gare de Midi l'appartement était calme car il donne sur une cours intérieure. Pour une réservation faite derrière minute nous avons pu convenir d' un rdv pour les clés rapidement.

J'ai du mal pour exprimer mon avis sur la propreté des lieux. L'équipement en lui même était propre du moment où il était plutôt neuf. Mais dans l'ensemble le bâtiment est dans un état délabré, dans l'appartement cela se fait aussi ressentir (dégâts des eaux au plafond du salon ?) Surtout le plus gros problème pour nous - la chambre du fond sentait très mauvais, indéfinissable (une odeur d'ail????) et impossible à faire partir même en aérant toute la journée, en mettant du spray, bref...

Der Zustand der Wohnung war eine Zumutung, nie mehr wieder!

Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Wir hatten gleich bei der Ankunft einen kompletten Stromausfall in der Wohnung aufgrund eines defekten Heizstrahlers. Unsere Kontaktperson (Sylvestre) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat einen Elektriker organisiert, der den Schaden nicht beheben konnte. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen komplettem Stromausfall oder keine Heizung (bei 15 Grad Raumtemperatur), der elektrische Radiator im Badezimmer hat ohnehin nicht funktioniert, und sind dann am Abend kurzfristig ins Hotel um die Ecke übersiedelt. Die ganze Wohnung wirkt komplett abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig, ich habe noch nie im Leben eine derart verschmutzte Küche/Kühlschrank in einer Unterkunft vorgefunden.

Lo peor de nuestro viaje a Europa.

La cama era lo único destacable.

Lo peor que hemos visto. Las escaleras huelen a orina. Sus vistas al patio interior dan a un basural. Está sucio el refrigerador. No es acogedor, no tiene lámparas ni veladores. No había toallas de baño. Frío, pero no se podían encender dos estufas pues se cortaba la luz de todo el departamento. Ruidoso por los vecinos. No volveríamos jamás.

Es war ein Rat oder Maus in der Unterkunft. Nachts spürte ich, wie etwas auf dem Boden lief, aber ich war mir nicht sicher, ob es von unserem Haus oder den Nachbarhäusern kam, weil man von dort aus alles gut hören konnte. Doch als ich morgens aufwachte, sah ich Spuren einer Maus oder Ratte in der Lebensmitteltüte. Ich informierte sofort den Hausbesitzer, aber er kümmerte sich nicht darum. Es waren wirklich schlimme Tage. Alles andere in dieser Wohnung ist im Vergleich zu dieser schlimmen Sache bedeutungslos.

Nous étions en famille mais l'appartement n'avait pas de télévision.. la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtres. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas bien... les draps ne sont pas présentables
