Perfect hotel for a stress free stay

There was a warm welcome and the staff are nice and helpful. The room was perfectly tidy, sufficient space for two persons, well lit and maintained and cleaned everyday. The shower was great and so were the toiletries. The hotel is well situated, RER very very near, supermarket just next door, eateries next door. Travel to Paris, Versailles, airports using RER, metro, bus very easy - just have to ask at the main stations which tickets to buy. The area is very safe, quiet and friendly.

1 night stay

Fairly new hotel, it's super clean and has very comfy beds/pillows. I'd go back there.

I didn't like that they take your credit card and type in the card details to their system. They explained it's their policy, but I haven't seen this process before and it didn't make me feel safe about my card details. And if I remember correctly they didn't have fridge in the room.

Un personnel accueillant souriant et aimable. Un plaisir

Une petite remarque sur le parking. La signalisation est insuffisante , on s est garé vers le bas mais du mal à trouver la bonne porte ( on a vu la porte "bureaux" puis "logements"...il fallait encore remonter pour trouver. La signalisation doit être plus visible. Mais parfait autrement.

Mooi hotel met garage

Super vriendelijk personeel, eerlijk na de teruggave van mijn leesbril (op mijn vraag), aanwezigheid van een beveiligde garage en de nabijheid van het openbaar vervoer.

Voor bepaalde richtingen moesten we zowel de RER trein nemen als de metro en kwam soms kostelijk uit, want die 2 zijn niet combineerbaar. Jammer dat er geen afzonderlijke verwarming is in de badkamer, daar heb ik het persoonlijk toch liever iets warmer.

Perfect!!

Perfecte ligging, 200 meter van het hotel vandaan was het treinstation (wat we helemaal niet gehoord hebben) waar je de trein in stapte en 20 minuten later naast de Eiffeltoren uitstapte. En een heel leuk bakkertje ernaast een aanrader!

Er was geen kapstok om je jas aan op te hangen vandaar een 9. Voor de rest was het echt perfect ik raad het iedereen aan!

Confort optimal des chambres et Insonorisée. Hôtel familial.

Un immense merci à Anissia pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, elle a été d’une gentillesse incroyable : toujours souriante, patiente, attentionnée et réellement à l’écoute. Elle a su rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable grâce à son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Le reste de l’équipe a également été exemplaire : disponible, réactive, discrète et toujours prête à aider. On sent une vraie cohésion et une envie commune de faire passer un bon moment aux clients. Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien dès les premières minutes, notamment grâce à Anissia et à toute l’équipe. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Meer dan goed voor die prijs

Mooie inrichting en goede bedden, vriendelijk personeel. Netflix konden we via mobiel streamen naar de tv. De auto kon je tegen betaling goed parkeren onder het hotel. Reizen naar Parijs deden we met de fiets, wat heel makkelijk was ((7 km)

Niets, 1 ding dan als we de wandlampjes aan wilden hebben, gingen ook de spots aan in de gang en dat was voor de sfeer weer net teveel licht dus alleen gedaan met de bedlampjes. Maar voor de rest fijn en goed hotel.

Goed en schoon Hotel

Kamers waren mooi ingericht, schoon en de douche was prima, wat harder matras, voor ons was dat geen probleem Ontbijt was goed en genoeg keuzes Ligging van het hotel is ok, openbaar vervoer is prima geregeld, rond half uur vanaf Gare du Nord.

Ontvangst op 26-09 was mager, beste jongen kon gebrekkig Engels, en kon er geen Goedemiddag vanaf. Ook geen uitleg gehad over het hotel of ontbijt, moesten we zelf uitzoeken. Ook toen zaterdagnacht het brandalarm af ging, was het rommelig, (omdat iemand waarschijnlijk gerookt heeft op de kamer)nadat we de trap naar beneden waren gelopen, was er onduidelijkheid, de jongen die er toen werkte kon ook geen fatsoenlijk Engels, konden er alleen iets uithalen over rook op kamer, en alles was weer goed, dus ook hierbij slechte communicatie, voor een hotel is goede Engelse communicatie zeer belangrijk, zeker in dit soort situaties. Overig de rest van het Personeel waren vriendelijk en konden wel Engels.

Udaljen je od centra ali je RER jako blizu.

Recepcionar nam je bukirao taxi i rekao da košta oko 23 eura a cijena taxija je bila 52 eura.

konumu tren istasyonuna 2 dk lık mesafede, eski banliyo trenleriyle gidiyorsunuz merkezi bir yere oradan aktarma yapıyorsunuz metroya. odalar temizdi ve televizyonda yeteri kadar kanal vardı, sıcak su makinesi ve kahve vardı.

resepsiyon personeli aynı zamanda bar görevlisi olarak hizmet veriyordu , check in yapmak için 20 dakika bekledik, çünkü resepsiyon görevlisi o sırada bar kısmında oturan iki kişi ile sohbet ediyor ve içeçek hazırlıyor idi. bir kaç kere seslendim ve tek başına çalıştığını, şu anda barda müşterisi olduğunu ve beklemem gerektiğini söyledi. oda kartları her dışarı çıkıp akşam otele dönüşümüzde bozuluyor ve her seferinde resepsiyona inip yeniden yaptırmak durumunda kaldık. asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
