Nice room close to La Defence area.

Good location, with easy access to la defence area. Comfortable bed, clean room.

Not an issue for me personally, but there is no lift. Breakfast was basic, with a small variety but tasted good.

In the bathroom there was a lot of dark dust and moisture. The water was hot 1 min and then cold or juat warm

The breakfast was nothing exiting and i needed to ask to get a coffee, no one is taking care of the guest.

For a quick stay, a good value for money!

STRAIGHT FORWARD: I chose this hotel because it is close by the address of my relative I was visiting. I was looking for a hotel that would be walking distance to visit them, as well as the public transport, pharmacy, grocery stores and some restaurants. Hotel Olympique met the required motivation for my stay In Paris. It is 2 minutes to the tram and there is a bus stop straight to Musee d'Orsay in front of the hotel. PARKING: The hotel has no official parking, but there were a few spaces along the residential areas near the hotel. It was not difficult in my experience. At first I was concerned, because I am arriving on a weekend. On a side node, if you are driving or taking uber, please be mindful that there might be other 'Hotel Olympique' in the map. Be sure you locate the correct location at La Garenne Colombes. STAFF: Since the hotel is above the restaurant, there would always be a personnel ready to answer your questions. Checkin was easy. As soon as we arrived, they provided a card with the door code with the wifi password along with the keys to the hotel room. ROOM: Surprisingly, the bed and the pillows were actually comfortable. The room was well lit. There is a TV in the room and wifi connection is fast. The heater could be adjusted easily to your liking. The toilet, although rather small, was clean. Hot water flows easily and no foul smell. I did not ask/expect them to clean my room the second day, but they did it anyway. Thanks. BREAKFAST: I did not book for breakfast initially, but after waking up late the next day, I decided to have a quick breakfast by the hotel. They open early. For 8 euros, a smiling barman will serve you a generous hot drink, a glass of orange juice, a croissant, half a baguette with jam, honey, butter, Nutella spread-- way too much but will last you until your next meal!

NOISE AT BAR DOWNSTAIRS: There is a bar/resto below the hotel. It is predictable that there would be quite some noise in the time of my visit. If you sleep early, you will hear the noise. It was a weekend and the hotel is located in a very good corner of the neighbourhood. Guests sit outside that time as it is not windy that night. I have closed the windows shut but I still hear people laughing/ chatting until late. The next night, it was way better. NOISE AT THE OTHER ROOM: The room is always going to be adjacent to another room. Before you enter your room, there would be a door first. Anyway, It is not that of a big deal because I was still awake when I hear my neighbour looking for the plug to charge/ opening the door/ coughing sometimes etc. (I am sure they hear me too!) ACCESS FOR PWD: It doesn't apply to me, but I always look if the hotel has some access for people with disabilities. Guests reach the rooms through the stairs. However, I believe the staff are kind enough to assist anyone with difficulties, in my experience. GOING TO INNER PARIS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: It is not that I did not like it, it was easy to navigate the tram and the train (few stops on the tram + one long train ride to the city) but for travellers who wish to stay in this hotel but plans to visit tourist spots in Paris, this is NOT technically "Paris" anymore. You have to be mindful of the Zones when buying tickets in the trains. The fines are hefty! Be mindful of the tickets you buy.

Cosas por mejorar, pero el hotel no esta mal.

- Hotel limpio. - Cama y Almohadas Cómodas. - Recepción 24h. - Personal de recepción muy amables. - Queda cerca la T2 que tiene conexión con la Estación la Défense

- No tiene secador de cabello. - No tiene plancha de ropa. - Nos quitaron la llave en la mañana antes de irnos de paseo xq iban a limpiar la habitación. - El personal de limpieza nos abrió la puerta de la habitación a las 8:40am, en este caso no entendi xq quitarnos la llave si igual entraron cuando estábamos dormidos. Nuestra salida era a las 11am. - Personal de limpieza comienza hacer mucho ruido desde muy temprano, tiraban las puertas y arrastraban cosas. - No hablan otro idioma como dice la descripción, unicamente Frances.

C'est vraiment specifique à cette période de grandes chaleurs. Il faisait tres chaud dans la chambre. Un peu de climatisation aurait été tres utile.
