Amazing for the price

It's much smaller then the photos but it was clean and cute. The location is not bad at all, metro is 10 minutes away by foot. Amazing price for this.

I was a nice experience. The staff was really helpful. I like that.

It was a decent room and I think it was ok! I used small kitchen which was enough to prepare breakfast. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

There was always a noise in the corridor in the mornings. Unfortunately my room was next to elevators and that was sometimes annoyig.

Horror students building, no rest!

I was near the concert arena

Everything, no toilete paper, no were to plug a hairdryer if its not in the kitchen, its a student home residency that abuse its near the concert area to rent out “rooms” as a hotel. We wouldn’t sleep at all none of the nights, (3) we did complain and had to call the reception desk at 3, 4, 5 am as people were running, singing, fighting and slamming walls all night, they went from one student room to another, party all weekend, and to finish the night, one of them turned on the fire alarm in all the building and everyone was on the street with our pijamas, and it was just a joke! Seems happens every week… booking should be ashamed of having this as a hotel and charging what they charge. Also complaint to hotel and booking to get my money back, refund or a change, no answer…

Better than expected in every way!

We initially booked this hotel because of the price (it was relatively cheap compared to other options in Paris) - so we were fully expecting for it to be hard to reach and not so clean/fancy. However, it was only a short walk from a main transportation hub (Lá Défense), therefore we could easily get to any destination and back with public transportation, and the room was very clean. We also asked in advance whether any sort of AC or fan would be available in the room, as we were expecting high temperatures in the end of July. While the initial answer we received from the hotel was no, there actually was a small fan in the wardrobe when we arrived. Whether it was there because of our question or not, we are grateful. It was also very nice that we could check in before 3PM, as we arrived in the pouring rain with our suitcases.

We would have preferred for the two beds to be separate, not right next to each other, but due to the room's relatively small size we ended up not pulling them apart (we could have put the table and chair between them, but it wasn't that important). We were also a bit confused at first about the trash situation, as we weren't told upon check-in that we were actually supposed to take it down ourselves. When we asked at the reception desk, the receptionist very kindly tried to help is with limited English, we got trashbags, but the next day the new trash was actually taken out by the cleaning staff. So we are still not 100% sure whether we were supposed to have cleaning done more regularly or not.

There is plenty of room for improvement

Took this room for my parents to stay close to where I live. The guy working evening is patient and smiley, despite his management not investing and leaving him all by himself.

The management should really invest in getting one more person to avoid the only one working evening shift leaving the desk and having all guests waiting. Are you aware that customers will be angry at your employees? Anyways, the room was nice, overall clean (dust under the bed and cleaning only once a week and very superficial). No aircon and one small fan that is not enough if the room is located on a high floor and thus exposed to the sunlight all day long.

It was great place to rest

Everything was nice...the location is close to metro and if you travel with Ryanair they bus that takes you to airport is close by. Mostly you will have everything you need...close is small grocery store little bit further is lidl...the people working there where all nice and you have full size mirror

Not really anything special but it would have been nice to see hair dryer and maybe thinner blankets cuz those where thick and in the summer time you will sweat...but thats more personal preference

Great base for gig at La defence arena with good links to central Paris

Walking distance to La defence arena. Leafy, safe neighbourhood with everything you need. Room had a balcony with impressive views and kitchenette.

No air-conditioning. But had a fan and could leave balcony door open as on the top floor.

The location was 10 minutes to the metro and 2, 3 to the bus station, the room was clean and cozy.

They don’t provide a hairdryer in the room, and you have to ask for in, the problem is you have to pay a 20 euros deposit for it. It’s useless and time consuming. It would be easier to provide one in each room, at least a cheap one.

The hotel is in a good location in the green area.. Walking distance from La Defense arena. The room was well equipped with small kitchen, fridge, water heater.

Room we booked was a good size although it was upstairs and downstairs. Which wasn’t mentioned when I booked the property. Wasn’t ideal as my father has difficulty with stairs but overall it didn’t spoil our stay which was good.

Breakfast was very poor for choice. I had looked at some reviews and thought it can’t be that bad but it was. Just so little to choose from. After the first morning where we never had any breakfast such was the lack of choice I requested a refund on breakfast for the remainder of the stay(next 2 nights). I therefore paid for breakfast that I never had on the first day. The staff were very good though and understanding of my complaint. Although the manager did seem a bit reluctant he eventually did give me a refund on the 2 days breakfast as I had requested.
