Great area, good value for money accommodation with easy 10-15 minute walk to the station. Good connections into Paris.
A lovely little park by the hotel, excellent boulangerie opposite for breakfast and treats, supermarket and restaurants close by.
Useful kitchenette for preparing snacks, light meal.
Very quiet area.

In general we liked the place. There was a bakery just in 50 m to taste Paris's delicious sweet tastes and croissant. The bus stop was also next to the hotel therefore we did not have any problem to reach the closest metro station. There was a parking place but I recommend people who come on the weekend, do not book the Parking Place for Sunday because you can find a parking place outside and it is free on Sundays.
The only negative point would be, the Staff does not speak English well enough but still works. They told me parking outside would cost 40 Euro for 3 hours and tried to sell me the parking for 15 € daily. But overall I paid 6,35 € for 3 hours (on Saturday) for the stay because our remaining time Sunday and Monday (holiday) were free.

Good apartment to visit Paris. Spacious and clean. Underground parking. 24h front-desk. Many restaurants and a supermarket just opposite. 10 mins walk to the train station.
The bathtub didnt have a plug - so it was useless. It was told to the front desk the next morning - but was not fixed even the next day. Shower holder was broken.
