Good apartment to visit Paris

Good apartment to visit Paris. Spacious and clean. Underground parking. 24h front-desk. Many restaurants and a supermarket just opposite. 10 mins walk to the train station.

The bathtub didnt have a plug - so it was useless. It was told to the front desk the next morning - but was not fixed even the next day. Shower holder was broken.

Quiet Paris suburbs stay.

Great area, good value for money accommodation with easy 10-15 minute walk to the station. Good connections into Paris. A lovely little park by the hotel, excellent boulangerie opposite for breakfast and treats, supermarket and restaurants close by. Useful kitchenette for preparing snacks, light meal. Very quiet area.

The worst experience of my life

First of all I booked for Air conditioning but their ac is poor. They didn’t solve the problem. Most of the things in room was broken kettle was out of order . Microwave door is broken. We booked for breakfast but their breakfast options is very less even the guy in dining area was very rude . There was empty baskets of fruits when we asked for fruits he said it’s finished how ever we went at 7:15 there . The overall experience is totally waste of money.

Very convenient place to stay.

In general we liked the place. There was a bakery just in 50 m to taste Paris's delicious sweet tastes and croissant. The bus stop was also next to the hotel therefore we did not have any problem to reach the closest metro station. There was a parking place but I recommend people who come on the weekend, do not book the Parking Place for Sunday because you can find a parking place outside and it is free on Sundays.

The only negative point would be, the Staff does not speak English well enough but still works. They told me parking outside would cost 40 Euro for 3 hours and tried to sell me the parking for 15 € daily. But overall I paid 6,35 € for 3 hours (on Saturday) for the stay because our remaining time Sunday and Monday (holiday) were free.

Delightful and would recommend for a short stay in Paris.

I like the beds they we super comfy. And the staff was very helpful in checking in.

The parking spaces are hard to park the car if it is full. The baby bed is too big for the room we had could be a bit smaller.

Great stay in lovely neighborhood with everything you need

Super convenient location - beautiful park, Monoprix supermarket, bakery, Asian restaurant right across the street, very nice, modern and calm neighborhood. Walking distance to the nearby train station (10min) which takes you to various locations in Paris in 5-10 mins. Check-in was smooth and quick, some small refreshment available in the lobby if you wait in line. The apartment is average clean (closet needs some cleaning, I did not put anything there) and has everything you need. Super strong hairdryer, free toiletries and some complimentary water/snacks (+). Beds are big and comfortable enough. Wifi is free and worked well in my room. There is option for breakfast, I did not take it but I can recommend the bakery across the street. Delicious pastry, sandwiches and coffee. I liked my stay very much and will come back for sure. If you want to escape the busy part of Paris but still be close for sightseeing, this one is for you.

Doors of my room did not close properly, I had to lock it to keep it closed. The A/C is very noisy, pack some earplugs if you have a light sleep. Be careful about hot water consumption - if you have a bath or there is a lot of you in the apartment, you might not have enough warm water to use, it just stops working after a while. The only major problem of my stay was non-functioning fridge, which I can't comprehend since it was plugged, there was light inside and it was set to maximum. I put some food inside but I guess the electricity doesn't work if you don't insert your room card (?). Fridge should be plugged separately since most people are gone during the day. There isn't any washing liquid either, which I think should be provided - especially if you only stay for 1-2 days so you don't want to buy the entire bottle.

Would repeat it

Calm place with beautiful surrounding, and great bakery in front of it. The room has kitchen and fridge. Comfortable bathroom size with tub. And amazing balcony. Extremely easy check out and check in during late night hours.

The curtains were not 100% blackout, so we had light in the morning. The air conditioner worked only first night then it was warm only.

The hotel was overbooked and we were informed about this situation only upon arrival late at night. We had to look for a different hotel on the spot. The staff was struggling to explain the reason why this situation occurred and did not offer any solutions.
