Please if you have a sense of customer service, please avoid this place. The Staff mostly the white one would not even smile or say hello to the guest. I felt like they are either feeling better or annoyed with their job. Room extremely small compare to online pic s. The place need some renovation. Will I hi back again? It is a huge NO.

The pool was nice the workers were also nice and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is only bread juice and coffee. The lock on my door didn’t work so when I was gone my door wasn’t locked. The rooms are so small!! They don’t give you but one towel the entire time your there. They also don’t come in your rooms and take out the trash or clean. It’s hot In the rooms with no A/C.

Hotel was good and service was ok but they had given me room with sun facing on top floor and it was 45 degree temperature...i requested for room change but was asked to get luggage out and wait for 4 hours before me room could be provided and I had no option then that continue

The adagio aparthotel near Leonardo da Vinci and near La defense Grande Arche station is very easy to reach by RER and metro. It takes 7 min to city centre by RER A. The hotel is in the small village Courbevoie which has a pleasant market on friday and wednesday. It has a good monoprix with all food in good quality, and in the area are a range of french , asian, and italian style restaurants in all price classes. The the rooms have a small kitchenette with fridge, oven, and cooker, the rooms also have a safe, television, internet, well equipped shower room, some have a balcony, and there is enough space about 23 m2. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull.

This hotel does not provide room service, since it is an apartment-hotel concept. We had to wash our own towels, buy own toilet paper and couldn't change the bed linen. The staff was slow and unmotivated. At check-in it took the staff five minutes just to produce a simple photocopy of our passport. Rooms need renovation, the pictures are not accurate. Room safe and phone didn't work. No hair dryer. Overall we felt like this hotel was a rip-off. There is a self-laundry shop around the hotel, as well as a supermarket and some nice bakeries, which is quite useful. 10 minutes walk to metro station La Defense.

Good restaurants and diners also in centre. No veranda or air conditioning, bed very firm and pillow like fluff! (prefer substantial pillow). Hob, fridge & coffee maker (no kettle or toaster; both would have been useful). No bath, shower curtain doesn't fit all the way around base or wall - 6" gap left open when using shower!! Plus sides - very good value for money but don't expect more than basic facilities. Launderette and bakery next door. Can leave luggage after check-out if transport later in day

Be aware that there are 5 Adagio hotels in the area. So you need to know exactly where you are going particularly if you are on foot with your luggage! Otherwise, very nice hotel. The kitchenette is fully equipped and helps maintaining the costs low as eating out in Paris might be expensive. The personnel is all very kind and willing to help.

Hotel was in a PRIME location! Right opposite an awesome bakery, 2mins from Starbucks and a supermarket and countless corner shops and takeaway restaurants, and 5mins from an enormous shopping mall and La Defense Metro station, which is perfect and takes you anywhere you want to go! The pool was "being cleaned" the whole time we were there (5 days) so don't go to this hotel to use the pool! The "kitchenette" was tiny and had no toaster, kettle, oven, salt or pepper, but had cutlery, a chopping board, fridge, microwaveand stove and pans etc. BRING YOUR OWN TEA TOO!! Good bathroom, comfy bed, and lots of desk space which was nice! The people we had at the reception desk were all very helpful and spoke good English which made things easier! All round it was a great place to stay when exploring Paris, very pleased with it, just would like to have known more about the kitchenette in advance, so hopefully this helps :)
