My stay was so and so, since I was just coming back to the hotel to sleep

Large room, that's good I have to request a cleaning in the room The location was not my first choice, but I have to deal with it. I wanted to be in Puteaux

Good overall, the experience could have been better

The location is good with private and easily accessible parking space. Starbucks and a supermarket in walking distance. Room quite good too, the aparthotel facilities (mini fridge, mini dishwasher, stove, cutlery etc.) Bed not so bad either, although the mattress could have been better.

One out of two available lifts wasn't working, which was inconvenient at times since there are 10 or more floors with more than 10 (I think) rooms per floors and one lift to handle. Lot of waiting time. For breakfast, could have been little more options and attentive staff.

Won’t be returning back!!

The hotel shouldn’t be 4 stars, it’s very uncomfortable to be at, spent my 30th birthday here. Breakfast had no variety, didn’t have curtains so was blinded in the morning and in the evening people could see me in the hotel as there’s no curtains so lack of privacy. The space was small for three people, the sofa bed look dirty so had to all squeeze all in on the bed. One of the workers was extremely rude. Also no deposit was stated on the website when booking, but had to pay it when we checked in.

Helpful staff, clean hotel with good facilities, I liked that I could control the air conditioning in the room and the little kitchenette area would be handy of we had been staying longer than a night. Varied breakfast choices. Thank you!

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, towels did not smell good, sofa's did not look like they had been cleaned, very very low pressure from the shower. No AC until June! Pointless kitchen in room.

DISSASTER, RIPOFF, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, NOT WORTH IT IN ANY WAY OR FORM

NOTHING GOOD TO SAY AND DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING. EVERYTHING I WANTED TO SAY NEGATIVE DIDNT FIT IN THE COMMENTS SO I'M WRITING HERE AS WELL. TO THE NEAREST METRO YOU HAVE IS 10-15MIN WALK, CANNOT ORDER TAXI SINCE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU. INCOMPETENTS WORKING IN IT, STEALING HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I'M FURIOUS ABOUT THIS, IF IT IS NOT CONVEYED GOOD ENOUGH IN MY EMAIL. BTW. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A COMMENT ON ANY PORTAL OR ANY HOTEL IN ALL MY TRAVELING YEARS (NOT A POSITIVE OR A NEGATIVE COMMENT) BUT THIS WAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT MY KIDS WATCHED THEIR FATHER GO OFF ON THOSE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE HOTEL.

FIRST OF ALL I CAME WITH MY FAMILY OF 5 WITH 3 CHILDREN,BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND STAY FOR ALL OF US.WE WERE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE ROOM STAY OF 5 NIGHTS BEFORE EVEN STEPPING INTO THE ROOM WHICH I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 20 YEARS OF TRAVELING,BUT KNOWING I WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING A NEW HOTEL ON SHORT NOTICE AND ALREADY HAVING BOOKED PLANS FOR.THE ROOM HAD THE BEDS MADE BUT THE CLOSETS WERE BROKEN AND HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIX IT,THE BALCONY WAS FILTHY AND THE ANTS WERE ALL OVER THE FRONT HALL OF THE APARTMENT WHICH IS ON THE 10TH FLOOR. WE TRIED FINDING A NEW HOTEL BUT SINCE WE HAVE HAD ALREADY PAID IT SEEMED A DISSASTER TO SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE. BTW ROOM WAS ALMOST 500EUR/NIGHT WICH IS A RIPOFF.THE TOWELS WERE CHANGED ONLY 2 DAYS AND FOR 1 DAY EVEN OUR BEDS WERENT MADE, CLEANING WAS NOT AN OPTION?DIDNT RECEIVED INVOICE ON DAY 1 BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN,THEY'LL MAKE IT NEXT DAY.HAD TO WALK WITH THE KIDS AROUND PARIS FOR 25-30KM ACCORDING TO MY SMART WATCH JUST TO SLEEP THERE.ON LAST DAY WHILE CHECKING OUT WAS TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM IS STILL DOWN AND THEY CANNOT MAKE ME THE INVOICE. ON MY QUESTION: HOW COME THE SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR 5 DAYS THEY SAID IT IS DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH, WHICH TO ME ONLY MEANS THAT THIS IS TOTAL.ONE MORE THING THAT RAISED SUSPISION IS WHEN I ASKED FOR A TAXI THE NIGHT BEFORE TO PICK US UP AND DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT AND THEY GAVE ME THEIR FIXED PRICE 130EUR, WE CAME FOR 60-70EUR SO WE DECLINED.THEY TOLD NOT TO WORRY TAXI WILL BE 10AM BUT DIDNT BOOK IT,LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY WAIT 30MIN BELIEVING TAXI IS COMING AND THEN TELLING THAT THEY CANNOT GET THE TAXI.WE LUCKILY ARRANGED UBER AND GOT TO OUR FLIGHT IN THE LAST MINUTE,RUNNING TO THE GATE WITH SMALL CHILDREN. NEVER WOULD I RECOMEND PEOPLE THIS HOTEL, ESSPECIALLY TO BUSSINESS PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, WHO NEED EVERYTHING TO BE ORGANIZED AND WELL SCHEDULED, AND ALSO NOT TO FAMILIES WHO WILL NOT FEEL SAFE OR AT EASE IN THIS HELLHOLE.

The hotel cheated me that I could use my "cheque vacances" application here, but they do not.

The reception hall is big and beautiful.

I visited this hotel on May 28th, 2023 with the assurance that I would be able to use the "Cheque Vacances" application to handle my payments. I called reception twice before my visit to confirm this, and both times, I was assured that using the application would not be an issue. However, when I arrived for check-in, I was informed that they only accept the "Cheque Vacances" paper format and not the application. This miscommunication was not only surprising but also disappointing as I had chosen this particular hotel based on their initial claim of accepting the "Cheque Vacances" application. This experience gave me the impression that the hotel is not reliable with their information, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

Clean and good rooms, receptionists a little hard to communicate with

It was close to the concert venue that we needed to be at which was great because we were queueing all day and this allowed us to go back to the hotel in between. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The sleep couch actually had a mattress inside which allowed it to extend into and actual bed and not just a normal longer couch, which also made it just as comfortable as a bed.

Unfortunately the amenities could have been better. I asked for ear plugs as I could hear the cars on the street in the room and they did not have any, which I would've kind of expected for a 4 star hotel (especially since I work in a 4 star hotel myself). Besides that unfortunately most of the receptionists did not speak English super well which made it a little hard to communicate, when we asked for dinner recommendations near the Eiffel Tower we were recommended restaurants close to the hotel (which is not even in Paris).

The location was nice

First off,the staff were not friendly 2,our room was just cleaned once the whole 2 weeks we were there and it was not cleaned properly. 3,one of the security asked me for my room number with I found very uncomfortable about,I told him NO and I DID NOT TELL HIM. 4, someone tried to break into our room around 3am ,cus they thought I would be sleeping and when the person heard my voice they left the door open and ran away,so myself & my children had to start blocking the door from the inside with tables & chairs, because we didn't feel safe our whole stay at the hotel,and when I complained to the staff on duty,he made it seem like I was confused and did nothing about it and no one apologized.4,the rooms look nothing like the pictures they put online,the room & bathroom are way older and the furnitures are old. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel because of our experience and I would recommend anyone to personally go and inspect the rooms before you pay for it. Definitely zero stars from me👎

Misleading information on deposit

The deposit could be held for a month when in the information page it was supposed to be reimbursed when we checked out.

The location is very nice , out of the city and peaceful. Accessible easily by public transport. Big shopping malls nearby.

Cozy small place

The staff was very helpful, courteous and responded promptly to every issue. The apartment was sound proof. The balcony was nice, with a nice view of a park. There was frequent cleaning which was a plus. There were shops and restaurants very close to the apartment.

The apartment was a bit of a walk from the metro station. The apartment is quite small, which is to be expected in Paris. The refrigerator didn't close well and didn't cool properly. There was no washing machine in the apartment.
