The security staff performance was absolutely unacceptable and at the lowest possible level. In the middle of the night, our drunk neighbors turned their balcony music up so loudly that it echoed through the entire courtyard. None of the hotel staff reacted to the situation at all. When I asked the neighbors to lower the volume, they started aggressively ringing our doorbell. We have a two-year-old child who was sleeping at the time. At 2 AM, instead of addressing the guests causing the disturbance, the security guard repeatedly rang and knocked on our door asking what the problem was, while the music was still blasting from the neighboring room. I consider this completely unacceptable behavior from the security team. The handling of the situation was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of qualification and judgment.
