Lovely hotel, good metro links

Lovely big room, comfortable beds. Staff helpful & friendly. Super convenient for the M3 metro route. Close to the Seine for walks. Close to fabulous indoor market near Anatole.

Enjoyable and I’d stay there again.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It was in a clean safe suburb close to the metro and buses and there were many good restaurants in walking distance and the Seine river was a block away.

They didn’t have real milk for tea and coffee but we bought some and put it in the little fridge.

Location is very good for our business purpose and the hotel is located in a nice place with restaurants and bars terraces and other shops. Public transport is at walking distance too. The staff is very kind.

The decoration of the rooms is outdated, same for the bathrooms, but both are spacious and still comfortable.

The only good thing about this hotel is its parking.

Everything else: extremely rude staff, dirty rooms, restricted choice of food. This place is definitely not worth of its price. The real name of this hotel is different from that official one, so it’s difficult to get there even with the navigation.

It started when the staff gave people our rooms confirming we were staying there before we arrived breaking privacy. Would not recommended hotel, cleaners do minimal while you are there and no attention to detail as left rubbish on the floor.

I like the breakfast variety. The location is accessible to public transport . I like the reasonable size of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners were very good.

We enjoyed our stay! We love the location to the Paris subway system.

The staff was very helpful, and held our bags while we did a day trip, (we stayed 3 nights). We had a wonderful conversation with the bartender during Happy Hour, he was very attentive, kind, and helpful in learning about Paris.

I think that starting the breakfast serving time to 6:00 or 6:30 am, would benefit the flow of patrons/travelers greatly. The queue was so large at 7 am, it held up the patrons gathering food in a timely manner, and disrupted the ease which normally follows a well run food buffet.

Superb

Our room was nicely spacious, quiet. The staff was really nice and ready to help out for all our questions. Good underground parking spot. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, but enjoyed the restaurants around at a short walking distance. Easy to get around with the metro. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

You can’t open the windows (of course for safety purposes) but that didn’t bother me. The climate is a bit tricky to use.

i will never come back there

location, underground parking lot

bed- one leg was too short, so every single time I moved on bed I was feeling uncomfortable jumping. there was no socket in bathroom, I couldn’t use my hairdryier nor straightener or drawer to put my cosmetics somewhere. insead there was old phone next to toilet bowl (it was so old that was in yellow colour). there were no bulb in floor lamp.light on corridor on our floor was blinking for 4 days.

no dinner options and a few differences between the add and the existing facilities in the room, like no iron and no robes.

Poor

At the check in took 100 euro extra in case we steal something or brake or eat and not paid. No USB. Booking is not informing about extra 100 € . We didn't expect that as it is not normal for 4 star hotel where the night is 150 . Bar and fridge is empty. Towel was missing after the cleaning service. To call Reception is not easy as it was busy. Had to call three times to request a towel. You can't use the phone from the room, reception couldn't help with the call to make a booking, rude answer over the phone like "find the way how to call from your phone..." bad customer services for 4 star. Still waiting for our deposit of 100 euro after paying 300 for two nights.
