The staff, especially on Reception, were very helpful.

The bathroom was not ideal - it was a wet room and the floor flooded when you used the shower resulting in a wet carpet in the bedroom. Also the toilet bowl was discoloured making it look dirty - needed some bleach.

A brilliant base to explore what Paris has to offer.

Stayed in Paris for a concert at the Stade de France. Went to euro disney and the centre of Paris whilst staying there. The hotel was brilliant to use as a base. It was close to the metro as well as opposite a huge super market. The staff were very friendly and helpful and house keeping cleaned the rooms every day. The breakfast was lovely. Really happy with the stay and would stay again. Well priced as well. If you are wanting to spend most of the time in the centre I would maybe stay closer as the metro was quite a long ride but it depends what you are visiting Paris for.

The twin room we booked had a joining door to another room. This was open on both sides when we first got to the room. Staff were really lovely and helpful and came up to lock it however it took a few goes to get it to work- this was a bit worrying and put us on edge a bit as it didnt seem very secure.

fair but could’ve been better

1) location outside of central Paris - but still easy access to Metro station to travel to central Paris 2) staff were friendly, 3) reception/lobby area is nice

1) the carpets in the room looked a bit dirty, 2) bed was not comfortable, 3) rooms were not very sound proof - neighbouring doors opening and closing sounded like our room door was being opened, could hear chatter and movement by other people in rooms above us or next door

The hotel is perfectly located, quiet area, 350-400 meters from the Metro station, shops and supermarket 50 meters away, non-stop Peco station opposite, super friendly staff, daily cleaning and done by 5 stars, the rooms more than what is needed, guarded parking for a fee but safe, breakfast quite enough (something else can be added here), good coffee, bar open non-stop but quiet. We will definitely be back! The staff is 5 stars!🖐🤝🥇

Poor,needs bedrooms updating and staff training

breakfast was ok

carpets were in need of replacing. Bed uncomfortable.Had to wake up night receptionist to check out at 4-20 am!!! Asked him to book taxi which he did begrudgingly, then said there weren’t any till 6. I would have to download Uber app and went back to sleep. Most unhelpful. Won’t stay there again
