Lovely hotel with access to Paris by metro

Room was lovely and clean and top floor so lovely view of the Eiffel Tower too from a distance. Close to metro station so easy access to central Paris. Bathroom modern and clean and wifi great with access to tv apps.

Paris

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved that there was heat and hot water in the shower. Also, the staff were very kind and always checking for us. The trains station is just around the corner and it takes around 20 min to get to the central stations. Also there is a tram.

Breakfast, it was tasty, but the problem was that they didnt refill it, so for example, one day at 7 am there was no food. But, if you ask they have more food in the kitchen. We just think that the service in the breakfast area should be better, everything else was amazing.

The bed was confortable and the price for Paris was good. The commute to the city was easier than expected although the metro station near the hotel wasn't open on one of the mornings we stayed there.

There was hair for previous guests on the wall of the shower stall. The room was super small. Not many food options in the area.

Really bad as the property smelled really bad

Nothing as we enter the property, the smell was very bad a curtain was broken in my room. I reported it to the reception and no one bothered coming up to even fix it and it seems like the property is very rundown and I will be asking for a full refund

1 night in Paris

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a proper fridge. The bathroom was a decent size & modern. We were able to watch a rugby World Cup game & were able to connect from the phone to the television. The older gentleman working at the bar was really friendly and accommodating.

The location is not the best , road works made it worse. The room is not very sound proof, we could hear doors being slammed shut & other room occupants. The lunch was below par (chicken wings & hot dog). The room is definitely to small for 2 people.

I booked my visit in Paris on the 8th of May to 10th of May - arrived at the hotel and they said that I didn’t have reservation . Little arguments between staff infront of me then finally got me a room. On the 8th of July I got a bill from my Credicard informing that I didn’t show up for my stay - So strange because no one said anything about the mistake dates - anyways sent an email , non one answer it . Also someone from the hotel texted me in my private number ! So disappointed with everything about this hotel and I don’t recommend it at all

It's so far away from the main tourist spots and there's no restaurants, bars, supermarkets and others facilities close to the hotel beyond the train station what was the only good thing regarding the facilities.

Exceptional

The location, quality, location to Metro were all superb. We werre visiting our daughter who lives nearby. It was therefore excellent in every way. We drank in the bar, had a small meal. The surroundings and ambience were great. The hotel looks great fromn outside and is not atr all disappoiinting on entry. All the staff were helpful, very friendly and extremely pleasant. We had a short but excellent stay.

The only area where we struggled was getting into the parking. However, once you had done it once it was so easy. We didn't quite understand the code system initially.

Room was comfortable, we didnt have breakfast there but used a lovely patisserie just around the corner.

The hotel is at the end of the metro line so not really convenient for coming back to during the day.

Metro 13 ends next to hotel. Tram T1 has a stop next to hotel. Numerous bus have stops near the hotel.

The location is less desirable due the feel of being in a dirty area. Night time activity prevents good sleep if the window is open. Location of hotel entrance was difficult to find at night. Reception desk is part of the bar.

The hotel is super nice, new, clean, comfortable. Great beds and spacious bathroom. Staff is very nice and helpful. Near the hotel you can find pharmacy, bulangerie, supermarket, Mac Donald’s and metro station- all in 1-2 min walk, which is also great.
