    Madame, Monsieur, Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement face au comportement rigide et particulièrement antipathique de votre équipe aujourd’hui. Nous venions tout juste de séjourner plusieurs nuits dans votre établissement cette semaine. Suite à l'annulation de notre vol, j'ai dû effectuer une nouvelle réservation. Ayant été retenu par une urgence professionnelle, ma partenaire est arrivée à l'hôtel avant moi. Je comprends parfaitement que la réservation soit à mon nom et que la vérification du passeport soit une procédure standard. Cependant, compte tenu de la chaleur caniculaire de ces derniers jours en France, refuser de l'accueillir convenablement et la laisser attendre dehors est inadmissible. L'hôtellerie repose avant tout sur le sens du service, l’accueil et l’empathie. Votre personnel a fait preuve d'un manque total de professionnalisme et d'une attitude très fermée. On peut respecter les règles de sécurité tout en restant humain : permettre à une cliente de s'installer au frais dans le salon en attendant mon arrivée aurait été la moindre des corrections. J'espère que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour sensibiliser l'équipe à l'accueil des clients, surtout en période de forte chaleur.
