I had a argument with your staff ( 7:00am) .(reception) I asked code to open a gate. and he said I do not need code to open the gate. because it will open automatically. so I tried to go out without code. but I could not go out . so I went back to reception. receptionist said I was too slow to go in front of the gate. and he asked me to go to gate again (without code) I do not understand why he does not give me code . it is simple. and I could not believe what he said you are too slow. I used many times campanile hotel before but it was first time to mee this type of attitude and communication. I had a very bad feeling from the morning on the day. evening staff was so nice and kind..

I went into Paris and the security access number had been changed from the one given to me previous day. I got bitten all over from bed bugs itchy spots not a good rxperince.

Room cleaning practically after personally following no maintenance Towels did not change in 4 days bed sheet changed upon insistence asked for repair of reading light despite promise not done till I left they want us to use disposable glasses repeatedly and did not replace tea , caffe only provided once this is disadvantage of booking online you show it like a palace and when you reach there you are shocked

The room size was perfect, we asked for a crib for our 2 years old and she slept very well in it. The bathroom size was also perfect. We had coffee and tea in the room.

On the first day, there was no hotwater available in the bathroom and later on that day, there was no water available for a shower. The hotelrooms had too many mosquitoes and I couldn't sleep because of that. We even checked out one day earlier because of the sleepless nights we had there. The hotel is also over priced and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

the security and cleaneliness of the hotel and room. the rest looks good as it is.

The breakfast since we took it for 3 days. No variety food at all and less option since we’re Muslim. just can take the pastry or egg if available. Too bad.

The hotel is very hard to find. The staff didn't speak English. Area didn't feel safe. Other guests spend the night dinking and hanging around outside the rooms which feels unsafe.

We reserve 1 bed for 2 person but the lady on front desk said she already sell the last room last 5 min. She didn't check the detail and information for booking.com at all. She even try to make us pay again! I have to insist that we already pay by credit card.

Accueil professionnel du personnel. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix. Grand écran inclinable dans les chambres. Lit confortable. Restaurant sur place.

La restauration n'est pas faite maison, à base de surgelés et plats préparés: donc trop cher pour sa qualité. Notamment les desserts à 7,50€

axe d'amélioration, on se retrouve stationné sur la chaussée le temps de demander l'ouverture du portail, je trouve cela un peu dangereux, mais je suis dans la sécurité, donc peut être un peu plus sensible au sujet
