It was depressing. Pictures do not match what you get. Felt like bait and switch.

Unfriendly staff

Bed was ok

Host, big guy, put up a middle finger to another guest trying to figure out how to get in and unlock the front door around 9pm. Never seen such a thing. Furthermore the ventilation in the bathroom was covered in a huge thick pack of mold.

Great accomodation

Good value for money. The staff let us keep our luggage in the reception before the check in and after the check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. We only had towels for one person, but after speaking with the staff, they gave us more. Everybody was friendly. Highly recommended! 7 mins to Gabriel Peri metro station (so 30 mins to all major attractions) and a big market for shopping is within 2-3 mins of walking.

I would not stay again or recommend

Missing shelfs in the cloths storage space, water tap loose, bathroom smell, worst bed sheets, metro station already quite far, was even closed for repairs and next one was very far away, around 30min walk. No air conditioning, but this i guess is common in Paris

A lovely aparthotel outside of Paris

I loved how clean the room was, and the staff that day accommodated our request to check in early, which was much needed after a 15-hour flight. They were friendly, and the cleaners also gave us extra towels when we asked for some. The rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms, which were great. We'd stay here again.

When we arrived, we were told the air conditioning wasn't working because the people who were supposed to do it were on vacation. It's not really the hotel's fault, but it just made the room insanely hot during the daytime.

Location was great, shame that the closest metro station was undergoing some repairs. The room had everything we needed, it was a bit too hot, so be prepared in the hot summer. There was a little fan to keep the air movement. Shops and bakeries are nearby. Ask for extra towels at the reception if needed.

The microwave was a bit complicated to work out, would be good to have some instructions. Would be good to have a bigger fan, since no air-conditioning installed.

I would stay here again during winter but not during the warmer months

Great location and size of room. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

The shower was very small and was angled in a way that soaked the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. There was no air con however fans were provided. This unfortunately did not make an impact to the temperature of the room and I was very uncomfortable when in the room.

Met our needs in a satisfactory way. Car parking under hotel was good and easy to access.

Location was good for access to Metro and Metro travel into Central Paris without having to drive in Central Paris. I had been apprehensive about the booked car parking arrangements but car parking turned out to be very good. Underground car park accessed via road level door on Rue des Ferries Chaussons operated with a remote fob provided by the hotel when booking in. Excellent bakery close to hotel (Aux Pains d'Alex, 72 Boulevard Voltaire).

The hotel is getting a little tired but facilities were clean and satisfied our needs. Very warm no Air Conditioning. Initially finding the location was difficult because of closed roads in Asnieres which confused the car Sat-Nav. Once I turned the Sat Nav off and consulted a road map on my phone, I was able to find an alternative route.

The staff were exceptional, Victor, Junior, Mahema, in fact everyone was just amazing. I loved the location and the convenience of getting everywhere. It is also a quiet neighborhood so that was nice. It is also a very safe place.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Our apartment was well-organized, well-equipped, and clean. Great location, close to the metro station, a calm district, a lot of bakeries, and one big supermarket nearby. I was surely satisfied with the service and our stay

Disappointing

I am à loyal customer for Adagio. I usually stay there every time I visit Paris. The location is good.

Since this visit I had my dog with me, they gave us the worse room they had. First the carpeted floors were disgusting. The toilet was broken. Wifi didn't work. The material under the bed was stained and dirty! The water pressure in the shower was almost none. Very disappointing.

Bad

The room was really dirty. When we went there the cleaning lady was still cleaning. The moment she saw us she just got her things and left.The bathroom was extremely gross. There was no soap for us to wash our hands and shower.

It was dirty. The room was extremely small. The hair dryer was barely working. The light in the room was were little. I’m glad that we didn’t spend much time in the room. The staff said that we have to wait till three o’clock but we said that we will be there in between twelve and one. On the site we were asked when are we going to be there. We were exactly on time but they said that we’ll have to wait for three hours.

one of the shabbiest places I've ever stayed

The location - its was close to metro

I had requested a twin room at booking, was told there were none and then a staff member try to explain to me how to reserve a twin room (I am older) - condescending is the only thing I can say. Carpets filthy, shower door didn't close correctly so the bathroom and hallway flooded. Very thin pillows and duvet cover. Very shabby corridors with peeling paint and stained carpet. I rarely write reviews, I am genuinely easy to please but I felt I needed to in this case
