I’m more than ten times I stayed this hotel but this time I’m not happy toilet water not working shower water on the floor I booked two rooms four people stayed but this time very uncomfortable 😣 room heater not working winter time 🥺 I hope next time you change everything 😇 definitely I coming back soon 🫶🏼

Very convenient access to city

Very comfortable bed. Great shower lots of very hot water. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Not far from the RER station so easy access into the city.

A dreadful hum in the room all night. We never found out what it was and eventually got used to it after a couple of days. The lift broke at the weekend at a time when my husband injured his foot and couldn’t walk properly. We were on the third floor so it was very difficult. Of course this could happen anywhere but did rather spoil our experience. The staff were very apologetic.

Clean, comfy and welcoming

The place matched the photos and was clean and quiet. Very quick check in and check out services which were greatly appreciated as we were quite tired by the time we arrived. The bed was super comfy, and it was a treat to have a bathtub when many properties these days only have showers. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit far from the tourist area, which was fine for us but may be a hassle if people are looking for a property in walking distance.

Good value for the money, great location

This hotel is value for the money. It’s relatively easy to access, by RER C, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, you can get into the very center of Paris in less than an hour. (You need to consider that although the Gennevilliers station is equipped with an elevator, the train itself is not wheelchair accessible, unless you request the station personnel to help, which we never tried because we managed to lift the wheelchair by ourselves. I only recommend for disabled people who are either with assistance or can get in the train on their own). The check in staff was extremely professional, he assigned a mobility room to my disabled mom, helped with the luggages, so huge thanks and respect! The rooms are fine, simple, just as shown on the photos. Altogether if you look for an affordable, easy to access hotel at the very edge of Paris, this is something to consider.

We missed a wardrobe to store our clothes and the bathroom water protection at the bathtub could be improved to avoid excess water landing on the floor. The breakfast is fine, but we missed the salad selection though, and probably it could be open until 10am instead of 9:30am on weekdays as well.

Not many restaurants around, website indicates a'la carte restaurant in hotel which isn't. Unfriendly staff accept one guy at the reception. Tv wasn't working in the room, bedside light wasn't working also couldn't close windows, felt like sleeping in the middle of a roundabout. Fire alarm went off at 5 am on a Sunday morning, couldn't sleep before we drove almost 10 hours, reception guy was careless&no information given.

great location for those attending events at stade de france

the location was good if you were planning to go to a concert at the stade de france. they have a continental breakfast available with some traditional french foods. good service at the front desk, also have toiletries and food available to buy in mini shop in the lobby. perfectly located right next to the trams.

the lighting in the rooms were not too great. also the storage space in the room is quite limited. the room was made for 3 people to sleep in but there was only enough space for about 3 hangers and once the suitcases were on the floor there was very little walking space in the room.

Staff were friendly. The workers were polite. They let me get some food when i missed the breakfast timing. But the good stuff ends there

Most dirty/disgusting room ever. The floor which had a 100 year old never washed carpet had stains and was literally black in color as if someone puked on it and it just dried up. It was afraid to step barefoot. Room had a horrible pungent smell. My room was the first one after the lift of the first floor right next to the maintenance room. Very noisy early in the morning as the staff start their shift. I could hear all the talking and equipment rattling from the the storage room and everything from the corridor. and not at all sound proof. For the price I would rather sleep under a tree in the public park. I stayed there since i had urgent work nearby and booked last minute. I purposefully spent as much time as possible outside so that i don't have be in the room. I would never stay there again.

First two days, cleaning the room well but other days has no room cleaning happened. Also, the hotel is only 12-13 km far from city centre but due to no proper public transportation, it is taken more than hours to reach here. If you request any special service (in advance) like iron, don't depend on hotel staff. May it not be provided.

Great Stay

Room is nice, very compact, tea and coffee in the room is great. Location very near to Train RER-C only like 5-7 min walk to the hotel. This hotel is on Zone 3 ... its more affordable buy OnedayPass Zone 1-3 cost about 11euro but cover all the trams/train/bus so more comfortable to strolling around Paris and Hotel. The location is near to several shopping mall so nice to get around.

The toilets were dirty and not cleant properly, the bath stunk really bad. The carpet in the bedroom had massive stains on it and the bedsheets were also dirty (traces of makeup on them). I'm so disappointed with this stay 😔
