The location, decoration, and staff were very good. The area where the hotel is located was especially very quiet. It was a great option in terms of price-performance.
The toilet door handle was broken, there were not enough towels, and the cleaning could have been better.

This is a hotel for workers not really holidaymakers. It was extremely clean, but location without a car was problematic.
Beds were very comfortable and great night's sleep.
Staff were helpful and spoke reasonable English.
It is near too stadium de France, if you are fit and like a walk!
Great value though.
Location, 20 minute walk into St Denis, which is not as pleasant a town as its name would suggest. The local tram service was suspended due to a damaged bridge: not the hotel's fault but resulting diversion made taxis expensive and the hotel is very isolated. If you want to drive around France, park up and get train into Paris then this is the place for you.
