Fresh new and all the modern facilities, thoughtful room design with attention to details (light, sockets, kettle, air conditioner, ) Breakfast was good although croissants were gone! I recommend overall

Very poor customer service. Rooms are very tight, a/c no working. Breakfast offered very expensive and low quality. No service at all in general.

Has amazing potential if other places open up soon . Room was exactly what was advertised.staff are lovely felt lonely

Clean and brand new. Literally only opened for a week or two

Location is in the 2024 Olympic village but it’s the only thing open. No cafes , no restaurants , everything cordoned off and empty. Hôtel has no eatery so had to walk kms to find food for dinner which as a solo person might not be ideal.

Die Zimmer sind neu und vor allem sehr groß für Paris. Es war sehr sauber.

Leider ist es nicht gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Abends fährt der Bus nur noch selten.

Séjour très agréable : deux nuits dans un endroit calme et reposant. C’est déjà la deuxième fois que je réserve cet hôt

Perfekt om du skall till Stade de France

Väldigt trevlig personal. Välstädat och fint i rummet. Otroligt skön säng och lakan. Tyst och lungt, ac som gav bra svalka utan att vara högljudd eller skapa drag i rummet. Kanske inte ideal om man skall turista i staden. Men om man som vi skall på evenemang till Stade de France är det ett perfekt val. Riktigt bra värde för pengarna.

Något spartansk frukost, men absolut inte dålig. Det fanns vad man behövde och inget fel på kvaliteten.

Je suis venu pour un concert au Stade de france et j’ai beaucoup apprécier mon séjour. Le personnel est tres sympathique que ce soit de journée ou la night, sont la si il y a un soucis, repond a toutes nos questions etc

Heerlijk hotel met goede prijs en vriendelijk , redelijk Engels sprekend personeel!

Het is een heel schoon en mooi nieuw hotel. Het hotel is sinds mei 2025 is het open. Zeer goed ontbijt! Lorenzo is erg behulpzame medewerker!

De airco werkte niet volledig naar mijn zin. De nachtportier was zeer behulpzaam en bood diverse oplossingen. Het is geen levendige Parijse omgeving maar met de fiets of ov ben je zo in het centrum. De comfort en hygiëne van de kamers is daarbij een ruime goedmaker.

Новый, чистый отель.

Пришел на ресепшен заказать воды. Ресепшеонист вместо 8 евро ввел 39, а я по глупости не посмотрел и оплатил картой. Мы вместе заметили что он сделал ошибку. Ресепшеонист сказал что отменил транзакцию и деньги мне вернутся на карту. Прошел месяц - не вернулись. Написал через букинг в отель - сказали что ничего не знают и это городской налог, а не моя оплата за воду. Я сказал что оплатил налог через букинг и это видно в выписке. Ещё раз описал ситуацию с водой. Сказали мы будем рассматривать вашу жалобу. Прошел месяц - реакции никакой. Смотрите внимательно какую сумму вам вводят на ресепшен.

L’hôtel et l’emplacement sympa

Pas d’électricité dans la chambre à notre arrivée. On nous dit régler le problème le temps de notre absence et au final à 1h du matin toujours pas d’électricité. Obligé de changer de chambre la carte pour celle ci ne fonctionne pas ça continue 2 aller-retour à l’accueil à 1h30 du matin pour pouvoir enfin se poser. Le petit déjeuner mal organisé. Plus rien à notre arrivée 1h avant la fin pas à la dernière minute non plus. Beaucoup de temps pour que le buffet soit rempoté.

Une nuit proche du Stade de France pour le concert de Beyonce

Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable . Leur gentillesse et leur attention font toute la différence. Un grand Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, rendant notre séjour exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons .

Le quartier est en construction donc rien autour pour le moment mais cela viendra , les restaurants et bars sont à 20 min à pieds minimum (quartier mairie St Ouen ).

Eigentlich top bis auf den Vorfall mit dem Personal

An sich freundliches Personal, jedoch ein sehr unangenehmer Vorfall als ich abends gegen 23.50 Uhr an der Bar eine Zitronenlimonade kaufen wollte. Der Herr hat mich erst überhaupt nicht beachtet, obwohl offensichtlich niemand anderes zu bedienen da war. Nachdem ich dann endlich meine Zitronenlimonade bekommen habe, hat er mich 4 mal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt und gesagt, das müsse erst geprüft werden. Dann hat er mich weitere 5 Minuten stehen lassen, bevor er geprüft hat, dass mein Name mit meiner Zimmer Nummer zusammen passt. Leider sehr ärgerlich und unhöflich.
