Fresh new and all the modern facilities, thoughtful room design with attention to details (light, sockets, kettle, air conditioner, ) Breakfast was good although croissants were gone! I recommend overall

Very poor customer service. Rooms are very tight, a/c no working. Breakfast offered very expensive and low quality. No service at all in general.

Has amazing potential if other places open up soon . Room was exactly what was advertised.staff are lovely felt lonely

Clean and brand new. Literally only opened for a week or two

Location is in the 2024 Olympic village but it’s the only thing open. No cafes , no restaurants , everything cordoned off and empty. Hôtel has no eatery so had to walk kms to find food for dinner which as a solo person might not be ideal.

Hôtel calme et confortable. La décoration est moderne et épurée. Le lit est accueillant. Le personnel est à l'écoute des demandes et répond de façon efficace

Les oreillers sont un peu volumineux et il n'y a pas d'espace pour les disposer si on ne les utilise pas. Le bas de la porte laisse passer la lumière émanant du couloir.

Het personeel bij het ontbijt in het weekend keek alleen maar op hun telefoon en was niet bezig met het afruimen of bijvullen of ei bakken. Doordeweeks was het een stuk profesioneler.

Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een weekend Parijs

Mooie locație, dichtbij het Qwartz winkelcentrum. De kamers waren super netjes en schoon. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. In het bijzonder willen wij Nacer in het zonnetje zetten, dankzij hem was ons verblijf op en top. Dankjewel Nacer, wij komen zeker terug!!!!

La chambre était propre et les lits confortables

La taille de la chambre. Elle est plus petite que ce qu elle n y paraît en photo. Et le gros problème, celui-ci est que l'hôtel ne bénéficie pas d'un parking privatif. Il y a une entreprise qui collabore avec l'hotel. Il faut donc marcher 10 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel depuis le parking. Donc quand on est chargé, c'est assez contraignant

Perfekt om du skall till Stade de France

Väldigt trevlig personal. Välstädat och fint i rummet. Otroligt skön säng och lakan. Tyst och lungt, ac som gav bra svalka utan att vara högljudd eller skapa drag i rummet. Kanske inte ideal om man skall turista i staden. Men om man som vi skall på evenemang till Stade de France är det ett perfekt val. Riktigt bra värde för pengarna.

Något spartansk frukost, men absolut inte dålig. Det fanns vad man behövde och inget fel på kvaliteten.

Väldigt rent och fräsch och nytt (det slog upp dörrarna för ett halv är sedan)

Het is een heel schoon en mooi nieuw hotel. Het hotel is sinds mei 2025 is het open. Zeer goed ontbijt! Lorenzo is erg behulpzame medewerker!

De airco werkte niet volledig naar mijn zin. De nachtportier was zeer behulpzaam en bood diverse oplossingen. Het is geen levendige Parijse omgeving maar met de fiets of ov ben je zo in het centrum. De comfort en hygiëne van de kamers is daarbij een ruime goedmaker.

Новый, чистый отель.

Пришел на ресепшен заказать воды. Ресепшеонист вместо 8 евро ввел 39, а я по глупости не посмотрел и оплатил картой. Мы вместе заметили что он сделал ошибку. Ресепшеонист сказал что отменил транзакцию и деньги мне вернутся на карту. Прошел месяц - не вернулись. Написал через букинг в отель - сказали что ничего не знают и это городской налог, а не моя оплата за воду. Я сказал что оплатил налог через букинг и это видно в выписке. Ещё раз описал ситуацию с водой. Сказали мы будем рассматривать вашу жалобу. Прошел месяц - реакции никакой. Смотрите внимательно какую сумму вам вводят на ресепшен.
