Great location for concerts

Great location! We stayed here during for the Beyoncé concerts. Public transport was easily accessible from here, and the staff was friendly!

In both rooms there were broken facilities like airconditioning and kitchen cabinets.

The rooms where small but clean. The airconditioning was working an sometimes to cold. Further goed facilities like the bakery at the opposit of the hotel.

They forgot to place the babybed. After asking they did their best to find one, but unfortunatly they didn't find one.

highly recommend this hotel if you are with family .

The over stay was too good and comfortable the Property is close to RER station so travelling to disney land or to effel tower is easy. there is a bakery right across the hotel so can have your breakfast there its really tasty. also there is superstore right behind the bakery. if you are looking for indian restaurant approx 800 mtrs there is Pakwan restaurant its tasty and quantity is also very good.

only issue was the not a single door closes properly. only toilet door and main door and outer door close ,while bathroom door does not close nor can be locked. i had seen the same comment before taking the hotel but i felt the Property must have acted on it as it was 6 months old comment. pl repair the doors of all rooms and bathroom.

Chiily when take a shower

The heater in the bathroom did not work at all. I have requested to send tequnician to take a look at that heater but never send anyone, Requested to change room with a working bathroom heater but never had a chance to change. Paid city tax but they did not issue the receipt.

The location, proximity with highway to airport.

1.I had to change a room... due to faulty bathroom equipment. 2. The lady staff that performed the check out was lacks professionalism (she was pre occupied by something, not by cliebts): no invoice was issued. When I asked, she throw it on the desk without envelop. I had to ask...and she did it in an unpleasant way. Not nice.

Great staff especially Mr. Alpha who greeted us. The place is clean and the location is great. Heating. Comfortable furniture. Good value for money. I will definitely book with them again

Lovely neighbourhood, lovely staff.

The location was great. In a lovely quite neighbourhood right near the train station only a couple of stops to the Eiffel Tower. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The breakfast was fine, a few different options. The rooms were a good size. we were travelling with 2 adults an 11 year old and a 1 year old. there was plenty of room for all of us! The staff were awesome! All very friendly!

Good value for money, very clean, comfortable beds, train station close by which goes directly to the city in 30min, shops and restraunts nearby lovely, quiet area

Big rooms, clean and the parking makes life simple

The train station was close and the next station of the metropolitan was quite far, so we end up using our car. The breakfast it was just, bread, croissants and cereals so for 14 Euros I was expecting a little bite more

the rooms reeked of cigarettes, and some doors on the apartment were broken. also the rer line close to the hotel was broken while we stayed there so transport was not convenient
