Good location, friendly staff

Very friendly and accommodating staff, great location with good transport links. Metro and tram station just a short walk away. Staff went above and beyond to assist us. Great value for the price.

Minor details but the water pressure for the bathroom sink was quite bad. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but overall it was fine

Definitely worth of staying

Pretty spacious room, everything you need is inside. Beds rather comfortable. Very nice and welcoming staff at the reception. Shops, bakeries and public transport really close and connection with the city is really simple.

I can't think of anything that was annoying or bothered us.

Better deals elsewhere

The front desk staff were kind. Easy enough to find hotel. Location is close to centre by metro and tram.

Its actually quite dirty. They only give you one toilette roll. No tissue box. The hallways are absolutely filthy and haven’t been vacuumed for what looks like weeks. The rooms still had hair and dust from previous tenants. No Air conditioning, room hot and stuffy, and cant sleep when window open as there is a playground with kids playing loudly up to 2am as well as a major highway. Parking is expensive.

Poor facilities, pool out of service, no clean room, but Great location

The location was great, right next to the metro and easy to go to different attractions

The fact that we had to pay for everything m, pay for our room to be cleaned, pay for fresh towels, pay to use the pool (we were will to do so but it was out of service - very disappointing!)

Overall it wasn’t too bad

The receptionist she was amazing very good customer service and told us everything we needed to know about our trip was very accommodating

The property did not have AC it was about 35 degrees outside it was ridiculously hot in the hotel room.

Good location if driving from Calais

Easy to find coming from Calais and no traffic problems on Friday night. Well located, short walk to the metro which connects to central Paris in about 10 minutes. close to supermarket and bars / restaurants. Room was clean and perfectly acceptable with no traffic noise over the weekend.

Local bar was good on Friday night but was closed on Saturday and Sunday night! We got to the St Oeun metro on Sunday to find it closed and no info about buses. It would be good if the hotel posted when the station is closed the best alternative routes into Paris

Can we call it a hotel? Reading advised.

The property is quite well reachable although not too central. The room was big and spacious with all necessary kitchen equipment. Some of the hotel staff were nice.

This time there were many things… As a frequent traveler, this hotel if one can name it so lacks in many areas. 1) While checking in, the hotel worker (young girl with long hair) was not too helpful nor she shared any info with us about the stay. While we tried to ask later it took many tries since multiple times we tried she was outside smoking… 2) While checking in we were informed that if we want our room cleaned or towels changed we will need to pay extra. Since we stayed for 6 days this was a complete disaster to hear and we felt like we weren’t even staying at a hotel since the basic services like these are not provided… 3) The room had a smart tv but after failing to activate it, I went to ask the reception ( a young man with glasses) was quite helpful but what he said shocked me. He told us “yes the rooms have smart TVs but they’re not operational”. I asked what was the point of having them and advertising as existing and he apologised and agreed. 4) The hotel has a spa however this was also not functioning during the entire stay. It would be great if this would he noted ahead of time. 5) The room shower needs to be fixed. While using the water, its temperature changes without moving anything multiple times so you never know if you will not be boiling the next second which happened several times. 6) The room has no ventilation apart from a few window which can barely open. It was really humid and hot at night.

Good value for money, nice room

I have allergies so having a room with a kitchenette when I travel is important. This really looked like an aparthotel! The room was actually the size of a standard hotel room with a kitchenette on entry. Pots and cutlery were provided as well as a fridge, microwave, and mini dishwasher. I appreciated the smart design.

The sink in the kitchenette didn't drain properly, and I found this very stressful. It made preparing my meals quite challenging, and spent more time than I wanted to, attempting to unblock it. I had to ask for help more than once with a plumber showing up on the morning that I was checking out, which really wasn't a good time. The internet is also not connected to the television, so unless you speak French fluently, there is no access to entertainment in English like Netflix, Prime or any other apps.

Terrible

They ask you to pay 200 EUR deposit. This hotel is very depressing by design. The staff is unhelpful. I’ve waiting for an update on refund for 1 month. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night as someone was smoking. Our door got locked and the card didn’t work. Overall terrible, terrible experience not worth the cheaper rate. We’ve moved out to a different hotel.

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly.

Windows did not open, no air conditioner, bedside lights did not work, lights in the passage were not operating. One room had a nasty odor. Noisy nightclub. Main entrance carpeting needs replacing.

Very nice and helpfull staff- we had to change room, cause our window didn't open and it was no problem.

Super dusty furnitures, fungi in the shower. Shower generally could have been better quality- the floor was plastic and it was denting when someone stood on it.

Good location within walking distance of several different Metro/RER lines. Lots in the neighbourhood eg supermarkets, restaurants, bakery.

Room was very hot but street noise (especially on the first night, when there was a party going on outside until 2/3am) meant we didn't want to have the window open. Hotel did provide fans when asked but still, hot.

only the downstairs was nice but very deceiving

we got to the hotel. had to pay a 200€ deposit fee for any damages etc ( which was not mentioned anywhere before the stay) on top of 400€ for our actual stay. we got to our floor (1), there was a very ill smell where the hotel just did not feel clean. We then got into our hotel room, 110 room was fine. We then went to our second room ,133, it was not made at all. Bed was a mess and not made, unpleasant smell, sofa was a mess, coffee stains on the surfaces and hair in the bathroom. From having a long day travelling plus restaurant reservations on the night. We did not have any time to deal with such disappointment and unprofessionalism. This then ruined our stay to the point we didn’t even feel clean in the hotel let alone the hotel room. We spoke to the manager and she said that we would have to contact booking.com in order to get some repercussions. I hope you are able to do something about this as we did not get our moneys worth at all. Pictures will be uploaded.
