Basic decor but clean and very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable with excellent shower. Friendly and accommodating staff at reception. Close to Montmarte and metro. Had a lift which was helpful with suitcases. Staff were helpful with providing a carpark and were accessible late at night. Shower had great pressure and was hot and reliable.

Close to Métro. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff.

The metro was super close so that was a huge bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Huge variety of shops close by. Small supermarket, chemist, laundromat, fast food.

The surrounding streets were dirty, felt like a bit of a dodgy area even though it was absolutely fine and we felt safe. The guy on checkout was quite officious this morning compared to the other welcoming faces we were used to. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Put your little door sign on the handle outside. On the first day we arrived late, we got up early and then came home to rest. I didn’t notice the sign but when housekeeping came in to clean and make beds she wasn’t happy we were there and said we should have put the sign up.

Perfect location for a city break

Quiet area, super friendly and polite staff. Perfectly located. The rooms were clean and tidy, and perfect size. Communication was excellent throughout. Didn’t have breakfast though as we wanted to go out and about, but the neighbourhood has lovely boulangeries and restaurants nearby.

Loved it all - but being English I would have liked to make a cup of tea in the room 🤣

Good for a short layover

The location was convenient for me - right next to the metro station, which made it ideal for an overnight stay after a late flight into BVA. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the room was quiet.

It was cold outside and the heating in the room wasn’t working, so it felt rather chilly.

Great stay; would go back.

The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. We had an extra chair, desk and several tables. The wifi was fast and worked well. We arrived a bit early but could wait in the lobby and the manager brought us coffee without us having asked! The beds were comfortable and the sheets/duvet clean and warm.

We would have liked to have the possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Walking in without knocking!!

Th metro station is close by and they have private parking in a garage, even though the parking space is very small.

The people who stayed in the room previously, apparently lost their phone. The guy came with the receptionist and they didn't even bother to knock on the door. We were all inside and suddenly they just walked into our room. Highly unprofessional and tbh I was so stunned that I didn't even comprehend what happened at that point. I would never book again.

Very good

Clean and comfortable, really friendly staff. Close to metro and only 11 min ride to Paris central. There is 24hr parking about 15 min walk or couple of metro stops. Would definitely book again when we come back.

The room was so small even for two people. Let alone for 3. Nothing like the pictures.. if one opens the window they see the A/C units on a filthy little space... Absolutely horrible..very deceptive descriptions and pictures on Booking.com ... Not worth the money !

Welcoming and nice staff and good location

The friendly staff, the location with nearby pharmacies, boulangeries, supermarkets, laundromats, etc. The possibility to get an iron and to have a free tea. The WIFI worked perfectly. We felt welcome.

The very old fashioned and annoying hair dryer.
