    The place is nice for unusual ambience or romantic mood. Try to get a Junior suite with jacuzzi and balcony - you can see Sacré-Cœur! Ambience in the room was plush and cozy. There was coffee machine. Jacuzzi was nice to relax after busy day. Fireplace in the suite is a funny offering though. In one of the suites it was just a black hole and no balcony, so receptionist was kind to move us to another one with the balcony and working fireplace (which is not real anyway, and just give a fake light but still pleasant to have!). She was really attentive and proactive! But at night another receptionist was absent for quite some time, so we couldn't get into the building, as it gets locked and that was frustrating! The location Pigalle has it's own pros and cons - busy, noisy, vibrant, fun to watch Paris life from a balcony. Pretty close to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre by walk or bus. However, it is tricky to get to Eiffel tower, only by bus journey, which was long, unreliable and packed. Overall, it was interesting to stay in this hotel!

    Beautifull room with very nice Jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok for 16Euro. Staff was very helpfull, they fixed a day longe in same room due to my train was canceled. Location is top by day, close to metro and evrything. But at Night and certinly in the weekend it was very noisy all night. Room was very warm, outside was 29 degrees and airco was not working very good.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even if I were offered a free stay, I would never choose to stay at this hotel again. The air conditioning was not working at all, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. What made it even worse was that previous guests had already reported the same issue, yet it had still not been fixed. The hotel offered no compensation and could not even provide a fan for the room. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The room was dirty, with dust all over the place, and the actual condition and appearance of the room were very different from the photos shown online. Most importantly, this hotel is absolutely not worth the amount of money you pay. For the same price, there are far better options available. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
