Good breakfast (better than other comments would suggest - fresh bread, croissants, yoghurt). Cosy characterful room, that felt very French. Hot shower. Really close to bars, restaurants and Montmartre.
Walls a bit thin. Just for other guests to be aware - a bit annoying for others if you blast out the news at 6.50 in the morning! Is noise from outside bars too, but I didn't mind that.

4th floor without elevator, you can hear all the noises arround but I think it's normal in Paris, toilet need renovation, they ask you to leave the keys on the reception when you go out.

Friendly staff, especially the Algerian guy very helpful, near the metro station borchant about 6 minute wailking
My room was close to school, and there was some noise in the morning

The reception is 24/7. You can leave your luggage after check out for free.
The hotel has 6 floors, but no elevator.
I could not figure out how to turn off the heating, so it was pretty hot in the room.
The room and bathroom were quite dirty: you can see a layer of dust on the chandelier, on some surfices in the bathroom.
For for such price I expected much better conditions.
