Amazing location. Poor heating. Clean room

The location is amazing — the hotel entrance is right in front of the metro station. It’s also not far from Montmartre. There’s a Lidl nearby, along with a couple of restaurants. I stayed for one night and it was great, but for a longer stay the amenities might feel a bit limited

Nice stay for a single person for a couple of nights in this part of Paris

The place is great value for money and perfect for all sorts of transport - either in Paris - you are about 30 MInutes Metro ride from Louvre, or to Stadte de France - you are at the stadion also within 30 minutes. The Metro entrance literary the next part of you staircase - you are out of the door and in the metro. The rooms are reasonable and very clean, the area is busy day and night - that is as positive so also a bit of downturns. Overall for the money asked - great place for a couple of nights you have to be in this part of Paris.

There are a few points to consider: 1. You have no lift of otherwise escalator - means you have to climbe the stairs and it is not very spacious - so big luggage would be an issue there, as well as kids stroley and bad phisical form. 2. The street is noisy day and most of the night - with the hospital around you have the sirens coming in and out 3. The room is "made" to have a shower - so it is neither big enought, yet I have seen smaller once, nor meant to be ventilated - so you have to open the window, and on the top - it makes a sort of distinctive smell 4. if you would like to spend a lot of time in your room - look for something else - there is nothing in but a couple of chairs and not so clean table - no glasses, no tea cattle, and just one socket to load you gadgets. The place is noway romantic - rather a "road movie" like. But again - for the price and location - you should try hard to find a better option for a couple of days of single stays.

If you're traveling all day and just need a comfortable place to rest, this is the perfect stay

The location is very good just above the metro station, you can travel to any corner of paris within 40 min. lot of restaurants which stays open at night is plus point. if you are travelling full day and just want comfortable and affordable stay this is your option.

The Wifi Range is very low on top Floors, also there is no elevator is negative point

Did the trick

It was right in front of the metro so it made travel very comfortable. The coat hanging area was useful.

Very small: had to walk over the bed to move around the room. Very hot: I understand that most places won’t have AC but there was no ventilation which was problematic. Very noisy: a group of four men posted up under our window every night until 4am, hooting and hollering, and blaring music.

metro pod hotelem , bardzo wygodne łóżko , obsługa nie mówiła po angielsku

nieciekawa okolica , bezdomni brudne ulice . nie ma bezpośredniego wejścia do hotelu trzeba iść do baru obok gdzie było wielu pijanych mężczyzn , wejście do hotelu ciemne na podłodze woda . Na wejściu nie wyglądało to dobrze ale jak już dotarłam do pokoju to było ok . Czysta pościel wygodne łóżko bardzo dobrze się spało .

La ubicación increible, super cerca andando de lugares iconicos como el Moulin Rouge y con una estación de metro justo frente al hotel. Diversidad de restaurantes y comercios a los alrededores.

La habitación estaba increíblemente fría, es muy grande para tener solo un radiador de pared, y uno portátil. Tendrían que agregar más opciones para mantener el piso en una temperatura adecuada.

Расположение отеля просто идеальное. Отель расположен буквально на входе в метро. Можно добраться до любого интересного места в Париже за 20 минут. Идеально подойдет например для просмотра достопримечательностей и посещения концерта. В отеле есть все необходимое, включая даже обеденную зону, микроволновую печь и холодильник. Очень удобные кровати. В номерах чисто. Отзывчивый персонал, можно оставить багаж после выселения. Отель соответствует парижской стилистике и атмосфера внутри очень приятная.

Отель полностью соответствует соотношению цена-качество. Нет смысла придираться к чему либо, потому что плюсов намного больше чем минусов. В целом за три ночи проживания все было очень хорошо

L'emplacement qui est juste en face du métro est un plus, une équipe adorable et au petit soin. Chambre propre et bien équipée.

Chambre un peu bruyante et avec de l'humidité. ( Revoir l'isolation car sinon top ) Le matelas était un peu dur mais ça dépend des personnes ☺️

Situation géographique et personnel gentils. La chambre était propre.

L'odeur de l'humidité dans la chambre de l'eau est entrée par la fenêtre, une grande flaque au réveil. On a eu tellement froid, un cauchemar. Le bruit infernal de la rue, fenêtre cassé. Je ne comprends pas les notes de cet hôtel, c'était sur cela que l'on s'était basée.

Localización buena con parada de metro justo en la puerta del hotel. Cama cómoda aunque había un olor a cañería proveniente del baño. Vistas a la avenida.

No disponía de ascensor y teníamos la habitación en la cuarta planta. Poca presión de agua en ducha y grifo de lavabo.
