Honestly, there was nothing about the property that I liked. The experience did not meet my expectations in any way.
I was dissatisfied with my stay from the beginning. I felt forced to remain at the property because I had already paid, and the hotel refused to offer a refund.
The room was not clean upon arrival and was only changed after I complained. No formal apology was offered. The toilet facilities were very poor, with only one shared toilet available for the entire floor. The room was also extremely noisy, which made my stay uncomfortable.
When I requested to change hotels, I was told to contact Booking.com. Booking.com informed me that I could submit a cancellation request, but the final decision rested with the hotel. This raises the question of why the hotel did not offer a refund initially.
Communication from the hotel staff was very poor throughout. Additionally, the location felt unsafe and poorly maintained.
Overall, this experience did not meet basic accommodation standards, and I would not recommend this property.

I didn’t like anything. Maybe the mattress — that’s the only thing I could mention. Everything else was bad. The elevators were shaking, the doors were squeaking. The staff behaved rudely. The fans were running nonstop. We didn’t have a hanger in the room, nowhere to put our clothes. I do not recommend it. Terrible.
Disaster, totally dissatisfied. They turned one of the guest rooms into a technical room. It was wall-to-wall with the room we had, and at seven in the morning the doors were opening and closing as they went in to take the mop, the broom, and all kinds of tools. Opening, closing, constant noise. The worst thing is to stay next to a technical room. That room should be in the basement. It was definitely set up illegally there. The noise was indescribable. All the doors were slamming because they had those spring pistons. Everything was squeaking — ours, the neighbors’, all of them.
A fan was running nonstop, day and night, the one in the wall above the door. We didn’t have hangers in the room. Another absurd thing — you end up throwing your clothes on the floor. Out of the three elevators, only the one in the middle worked properly. The outside ones, 1 and 3, were shaking, squeaking, giving the impression they could break at any moment — completely unsafe.
When we arrived, the room wasn’t heated, even though they knew for a week that we had booked it. The radiator was cold; we had to adjust it ourselves and it took hours to warm up even a bit. At reception, when we left the day before, we asked for some advice on how to get to the airport. Nobody bothered to help. Total lack of interest. I didn’t understand why. Very unpleasant. I do not recommend it.

It's safe (due to the bad location), clean and seems to be new.
The fire alarm was activated twice on the same morning and scared everyone, unfortunately, the staff wasn't so prepared to help us even in a false alarm situation. My friend got really nervous 😓.
And someone had to break down a door to open it and reach the reception.

Nothing! There is nothing good! I could not sleep because of the heat of the room! and they charge you for a fan! small Fan! Unbelivable!
This place is awful! In nearly 40-degree heat, they don’t even provide a fan! If you want a small fan, they actually charge you for it — unbelievable! I will never come back! There’s no proper air conditioning, it’s not cheap, and yet they can’t even offer AC? They also charge a “tourist tax” — I highly doubt that money is actually passed on! It’s outrageous. Horrible experience. Stay away from this place!

Good price
Breakfast could do with a few extra bits for variety. Is only bread and cereal available although it does the job for a quick fill up before you head out.

It’s close to the 95 bus and also de circular line metro station, staff very friendly. Good room cleaning service everyday. The provide water dispenser and new towels every day.
Toilets in my floor were clogged but I know that is something that tourists do wrong using too much toilet paper. Showers works with good pressure and good temperature, take your time to regulate it first.

The proximity to the metro and nearby shops.
The awful neighbourhood, the tiny rooms. Poor noise insulation. The streets feel incredibly unsafe. I can barely move in the shower.

It was in a great location. Metro stations were really close by
Rooms were really really tiny, breakfast was quite low budget, only croissants, baquette, some sweet chocolate bread, fruit salad, yogurt. No meat, no options unfortunately. No warm breakfast, not even boiled eggs :(

Nice and clean. Felt safe.
Right on skid row. Very dodgy at night, in the day it’s fine, just a long slog to get to the nice parts of Paris.

The stuff in the night was friendly.
So we changed our room two times in the night because of bedbugs… finally we end up in the room with only two beds for three people. The staff member in the night was very friendly and help me find another rooms, but still there was a bedbugs, he said the best, is if in the morning, I go to the staff members and ask them for my money and explained the situation. Which I did the first lady start to laugh in my face. She said it’s not possible and she doesn’t know anything. Every time I ask something she says she don’t know, Finally I ask for her manager the manager came I explain that I didn’t sleep all night we changed the room twice. I say I want my money back! The manager say that normally it’s not possible but in this situation she Is going to give me back my money, she give me paper which I signed. I put all of my information for the payment and she assure me that she’s going to make it later in the evening. Two days pass and I don’t get any information from them. I signed the paper for the reimbursement. Nobody contact me, when I called the number which they give me they said it’s the wrong number. I think it’s unacceptable to say to the people something and then don’t get any work done. I have more pictures and videos of bedbugs walking all over the bed. I have pictures of the document I signed. I hope by leaving this comment, somebody is going to contact me to explain the situation.

Comfortable beds with clean and fresh bedding, decent room size for the price and the toilet/shower facilities were kept to a good standard.
The location felt quite unsafe and we had to take a longer route to avoid some strange large congregations, which we originally walked through and got harassed.

The room had a nice wallpaper and the bed was big.
The showers were shared but closed off. So you still could shower privately.
The hotel is modern.
There were too little lavatories and they were broken.
The bed was made every day but the floor was not cleaned.

The hotel is good value for money. It is like 30 min away from the city center by public transport, there’s a metro just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The area around is quite dodgy, but if you are careful you shouldn’t have any trouble. I don’t know if this qualifies as an hotel or not, bathrooms were shared, A/C was centralized and when we got here it didn’t seem like it was working.

The property was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
The concierge didn’t speak English well so we found very hard to ask for informations.
Also, the air conditioner wasn’t working, so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was to hot inside the room. And we didn’t find the remote control for the television.

Price - this place is priced appropriately. Far from center, but close to metro station. 24h reception was great, as we arrived after midnight. No problem. Shared toilets and showers are very clean, clean towels and bedding daily. Grocery store around the corner.
The rooms we stayed in were super small. Three beds on one wall, one small table, two chairs and sink. There was no net in windows, so if you open them for night there is a chance that bugs will get it. No AC in our rooms. Also the neighborhood is not the greatest. Just try to avoid going in East direction. A lot of homeless people and very dirty streets. I guess that is the other side of Paris that you don't see in movies.

I didn’t like anything the hotel is a complete scam, i didn’t even stay there for one night it was absolutely trash. and the staff are completely racist. I tried to cancel my res but they didn’t refund my amount!! even though they scammed us by saying the hotel has AC which it didn’t !! and it said private bathroom which it wasn’t. and when i asked for a cancellation and a refund they declined!! complete trash hotel.

The room was comfy and the decor was nice. We had a very comfortable bed and it was also quiet so we could get a good night's sleep but we also had a private room. The staff were friendly and helpful especially with helping us book taxis to and from attractions and the airport. The hostel was very clean and it felt safe, they also had security at the front desk.
The only thing was the neighborhood was not a good one. It would be fine if you just take a taxi or an uber back to the hotel at night. One Parisian waiter told us that as tourists we should not take the metro back to the hotel at night because the area is unsafe. There are a lot of homeless people in the area and it seems lots of crime.

the property it’s good, there are things to eat, it’s clean and nice.
the location it’s awful! there is no bus/metro to the main attractions next to the hotel. You have to walk around 700 m, but walk it’s not the problem, it’s the area! very very dirty and dangerous. I saw a girl being stolen, there are lots of drugs and drunks.
