The room was clean and the beds were good

There's a lot of noise, all from the bashing of doors from the guests. The shared bathrooms are sometimes clean but it's hard to see them like that with the sheer amount of disgusting people that have no regard for keeping them like that for other guests. We also had a lot of issues with the showers, some worked, some didn't, and you either had cold water or boiling hot. It's hard to rate the staff, some are good and some will almost completely ignore you.

Maybe the location, but it wasn't exactly well placed though there was a metro not far.

This is not for the weak. For nearly a 100 euros a night, I expected at least more than the basics. And if the basics, there being some level of value to match the price. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was previously an institution of some sort. When I say it was like a box, it's not an exaggeration. The blinds had holes in it so as soon as the sun rise, you are forced to rise. No aircon or fan. The bathroom is not built for a fully grown adult. Using the tap almost guarantees water is going to spill on the floor. Bedsheet had stains. And it was located near the motorway. I stayed for one night, and that was enough for me. Oh I shouldn't forget the 'breakfast' either - might as well not have it. There's a Lidl nearby which was actually really great.
