    The hotel is near the Montmarte attraction that can be reached by public transport through bus line 95. The hotel reception staff is attentive and helpful toward the needs of guests. I want to include a special mention to Colleen who I understand is an on-call staff and Alpha , a regular employee who both work at the dining area that serves breakfast. They are both cheerful and attentive toward guests' needs.

    Within walking distance of a few metro lines, it was a good stop for a night in Paris waiting for an early train the next day. Premises where clean. I did not find the location noisy.

    Upon trying to check in using a foreign card a glitch the receptionist was not helpful, was forced to double pay city tax my reservation clearly stated all taxes paid , she refused to continue check in ! There where three grown individuals three beds only two chairs requested an additional was never received. For the price access to transport it's a 👍🏽👍🏽 even with the homeless encampment and a very disorganized flea market in the area they didn't spoil our trip as the staff attribute minus the cleaning staff they where polite 👍🏽👍🏽 not the front desk staff 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 they where the worst in over 40 years of travelling, if I never return it would be because of them 😡 my two friends felt the same 😔 we've got a few days at the end of our Europe tour and where 🤔 of this place however due the the front desk staff we may spend a bit more at another F1 location instead 😠 the hotel is located in a up and coming area supermarket pharmacy bakery restaurant all one would need a stay in Paris 👍🏽 can be noisy at night with hordes of young people at the rear of the hotel drinking shouting until 2am to 4am in the morning especially on the weekends, hotel attracts bus trips from access Europe, the noise becomes a problem if if warm in the room and one has to open the window as there's no air conditioning in the room 🥵 however again for the Cost and the Location to transit one can forgive however not the front desk staff 😡
