Wi-Fi internet availability, location
The receptionist's service during check-in was poor, the hot water in the shower was turned off every morning, and the staff were NOT prepared to assist people who speak another language (English, for example).

Comfy beds and the rooms were a good temperature. The room itself was very clean.
The ibis is in a very unsafe area, when coming or going as soon as it got dark it felt safest to just get a taxi direct to the front door of the hotel. The rooms were not soundproof at all. We had no plugs by the bed in our room, and the shower leaked and didn’t work properly. It was also ok for us as we stayed as a couple, but if staying as friends it’s worth noting the shower and toilet doors don’t lock and have holes in the door for handles.

Nothing
Manager was unprofessional wanted me to bank transfer him to his PERSONAL account as their ‘system was down to pay’
Dirty room, pubes in bed and bathroom and pee in the toilet when we entered the room
Area was dodgey and rough, not safe at all
Overall staff were rubbish

I am reviewing this on the basis of it being a budget hotel as clearly advertised. Our room was kept clean and well stocked by the staff with clean towels, bedding, soap and toilet rolls, we didn't have to ask for anything; we were pleased and impressed with this. The room was well insulated from noise outside of the hotel. A check out time of 12:00 noon was very useful for us.
The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. For us, we found them to be a bit too thick and hard and so uncomfortable but the mattress was very comfortable.

Private room was great and felt secure
You are not in a safe part of Paris. Going to Paris or coming back makes it so you lose the fun feel of the being in the City of Love. Pay the extra 5-10 euros to be closer

No proper lights in the room.

Value for money was okay
Location seemed very rough and didn’t feel the safest.

Cheap and cheerful for a quick break away
Toilet and sink being seperate.
A big hole in the door to the shower so minimal privacy

Bed were comfortable and was very reasonably priced!
The location, if you’re staying here as a female or with children I’d use taxi at night time. Wed get off the metro and bolt back from the metro at night. This was always my plan when booking after doing research of the local area

The bed was comfortable, the room as clean and good heating.
The surrounding area of the hotel was really dirty, full of people sleeping on the streets.

Good private double room, lots of space, nice window and view.
Quite noisy, could hear a lot of people in the corridor late at night/early. The toilet didn't flush every time very well.

Nothing really, I know it is a cheap hotel but I will never come back. The neighborhood it self is good but the streets around the hotel is not safe at all specially if you are travelling with kids.
Dirty rooms, extremely noise during the night, everyday around 3/4am people would start to yelling, screaming all kids of noising. I lost my sleep 2 nights in a row due to the noise. Room was very small, dirty not good at all. Again I understand this is budget hotel but still there is a bare minimum of expectations they should follow.

The shower was excellent and the bedding was clean and very acceptable
There are lots of things I didn’t like about the hotel but the price was perfect so I shouldn’t complain

i like the space of the room. it's bigger than my expectation.
however, you could easily hear sound from room next door or people passing by in the aisle.
If you travel with baby, it's very annoying that your kid must wake up few times because people making noise in the aisle at
00.00 - 02.00 morning.
The Staff!!! i thougt, i shouldn't hear people when they say that French people are not friendly to tourist. But, Hey, guess what i got at the first time arrived at the receptionist desk? Bitter experience. As people who work at hospitality, i guess it's normal if your costumer expecting you to be a bit more welcoming and patient to them. Not with your angry face and unpatient attitude. PLUS you using your French language to talk back to them. Thou, we don't understand what you said, we know exactly that you were talking about us and not with some nice words. RUDE! People might had a long and hard journey to reach your hotel.

The breakfasts cutlery, trays and coffee mugs were not cleaned properly
8.0 / 10.0
comfortable beds, very good breakfast, I missed vegetables but apart from that everything was fresh and good.
It's a pity that there is no hair dryer and it would be useful to have a kettle to make tea in the evening.😊
The area around the hotel is a bit not nice.

Good price, decent size room. Comfortable beds.
No kettle in room. Shower area a bit snug and slippery. Towels very small. Not a great area.

The property was far from the centre of Paris and everything had to be reached by Uber. The metro was a 10 minute walk but for 3 females visiting alone the area felt unsafe to walk especially on a nighttime. The room its self was basic. We were top floor and the corner of our room was covered in black mould. We reported this to reception 3 times during our trip as my mum is asthmatic. Our shower also leaked into the bedroom every time it was used. There was no apology given by reception and we were told they were fully booked and couldn’t move us to a different room. I understand this is a budget hotel however basic cleanliness and health and safety are bare minimum. Also the price you pay does not reflect budget price. I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel. There are no facilities onsite only vending machines. Also the beds come with one flat pancake pillow and upon request they refuse to give you anymore, so prepare for neck and shoulder pain.

Cheap but literally nothing else going for it
Hotel was cheap and ok. Staff were miserable and unhelpful quite rude at times.
The area is awful - we were 2 adult sisters with our young sons. It was literally in the slums of Paris, we tried to find alternative accommodation as soon as we arrived but was unable to without paying £100s. We opted for Ubers for a whole trip to and from the hotel as it was not safe to walk the streets

The room.was too small ,l fell coming out the bathroom ,if you would place a step sign as coming out of the bathroom if they was a mat after missing a step l dont think l would have fell and l could not call the reception as thr was no phone ,atleast a kettle of coffee would do and even explaining my situation to the staff l had to type on my Google and translate for them, that hotel caters for international tourist atleast please have a translation laptop or ways of contacting the reception becz wow

24/7 check in. Even if it is not in the centre, bus and metro stops are pretty close. Comfortable beds.
Kinda scary location, but only at night. No kettle. Not enough towels.

Budget conscious hotel
Breakfast can be very busy and when it is busy time coffee machines, juice dispensers can be emptied for a very long time.

didn’t spend a lot of time there at the hotel but good size bedroom, bed was comfortable enough, good shower and the room got cleaned everyday.
its dark there where the sink is.

It's cheap. The rooms are clean. You get what to pay for. Very basic
The sink was clogged, but fixed later.. Not a safe locality, look up Montmartre on google. Avoid travelling with family. Just yards away from Chor bazaar(stolen goods market)...

The location was the most ghetto place I have ever stayed. I picked the Ibis budget for the good Ibis name. Little did I know I would not be getting what I expect out of an Ibis.
The are is dangerous with open criminal activities right outside. (stolen goods markets)
The main street is ok, but venture off that one street, and safety will no longer be something you experience.
One of the lifts stop as you go up, and is clearly no longer fit for purpose.
Breakfast was fine, but often things would run out and not be replaced
Though if you still insist on saving a few £, walk down the main street to burger 100 and grab yourself some of the finest cuisine that paris has to offer!
