Everything was nice but the property does NOT have A/C (air conditioner), I went in October so it wasn’t that bad but how in 2025 you can rent a property with no air conditioner. Also, make sure you bring your own plug adapter cause they do not provide it and you won’t be able to charge your phone. Transportation was accessible, pretty nice neighborhood with a lot of food options and there’s no need to spend money in uber cause you have a subway station just in front of you that can take you to the downtown (Eiffel tower) within 35-45 minutes (faster than driving your own car).

First, our flight was delayed. We landed at 645 and I could not call to let them know we were not going to make the 7 pm deadline for check in…. What they fail to tell you is the front desk/office people leave at 7 pm! Someone called us from the front desk asked for my email and said she was going to send an email with instructions on how to get in and they would see us in the morning. I said please wait we are 30 minutes away., The neighborhood is on a bad area (my fault for not researching a bit better) our uber driver was amazing. As she went out of her way to contact someone when we got there so that we could check in, she even took out bags to our run and showed us where to go. The building smells like roach spray. There were stains all over the carpet in the hallways. The breakfast consisted of cereal and a basket of fruit. Then there smelled like something was on fire in the breakfast room (weird because there are NO HOT foods). Our room was infested with ants. The metal bar that holds the shower head was coming out of the wall. There are no safety handles for getting in and out of the shower. I would not recommend this place at all!!

It was a great experience. The room was clean and has a kitchen with an oven and a macrowave oven, so we could buy some food in the market and eat at the room, making the trip much more cheaper. The metro is literally in front of the hotel. The girls at the reception speaks english very well and are very friendly. The cast dont speak english so if you need any assistance and you dont speam French you should ask to the reception (that is not 24/7).

The reservation said we had included cleaning daily, when we arrived we were told it was only once every 14 days. If we wanted to have it done daily we had to pay extra. Also when they did clean the room they didn't take the trash out. The rest of the stay was very good and the appliances we had worked a lot for us, it is pretty close to a metro station so that let us move easily through the city even though is a bit far from the touristic attractions.

Overall good place to stay if you want affordable price. Local area is very rough and does not seem very safe especially at night. Location is good. Metro stop is just located at 1 min walk away. Breakfast can be improved. Very nice appartment overall

wished i had never booked this hotel negatives: - receptionist attitude to us arriving close to check in closing. - receptionist accusing us of not prior payment despite two forms of written proof we had paid. - receptionist lack of willing to help due to being close to expected end of her shift - lack of apology over the situation during and after it happened /got resolved. -room Paint was dated -room kitchenette was dated with no handles -vinyl floor was disgusting with scuffs and stains - walls were covered in dirty markings - particular stain on wall looked like vomit - bathroom had huge dangerous looking boiler above toilet seat -bathroom pipes visible throughout room - shower fittings weren't finished -showerhead taped onto stand as it was broken -toilet made noise for 20+ minutes after flushing - window edges were dirty looking positives: - very fast wifi - comfy beds - good location to metro exits -.choice of local restaurants/shops

The hotel was located right above a metro station which was awesome! The room wasn't bad either. The only thing was the staff who seemed kind of rude and was very hard to get in touch with since they barely spoke English or answered any emails. Overall a very nice hotel with a good location

I stayed for 10 days and the price was great. It was right next to the train so it was super convenient. It gets pretty noisy at night if you leave the windows open. There are also a lot of mosquitoes since there are no screens on the windows. There is no air conditioner so this would not be ideal for the summer months. Too bad the property was in such poor condition. There was a great deal of mold and water damage by the shower. The cubicles and closet was very dusty. Service was none to minimal. We had our rooms cleaned once. We requested for two twin beds and ended up with one full sized bed for the whole stay. We asked them to separated it several times and they never did.

One of the advantages of the hotel is that its next to the metro station line 5 The hotel is very close to metro station. There was also a supermarket nearby. The room was very clean, mini-kitchen was with all necessary utensils.
