Great value for money

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very kind and professional. My room was clean and exactly like the pictures, and the walls seem to be well soundproofed as I didn't hear any other guests. The hotel is a short walk from Porte de Saint-Ouen station, so it's well-connected for getting into the city.

The room was quite small and basic, without any extras such as tea or coffee, but then that's reflected in the very good price. My bathroom door scraped a little on the floor. The only rubbish bin in the room was a small bathroom bin, which filled up quickly.

Room 211 had major issues. We arrived to a construction site- wall foam all over the floor, dust everywhere, extractor fan/smoke detector sitting on the toilet seat, room’s main light switch turned off the power for the entire floor when touched. We could not move rooms as the hotel was fully booked. We had to put towels all over the floor just to walk around the room. Shower pipes and compartments constantly falling apart and no power in the bathroom- needed to use a phone torch in the bathroom. Staff was apologetic and gave us a free breakfast… but we should never have been able to check into such a room. Not acceptable.

Newly renovated

Breakfast was little or none by 7:30 am. No staff available to ask for questions. Poor offer. Also, there is a lady supervising that guests “don’t take” additional food as snacks. I’ve never seen this sort of thing ever. No kettle, tea nor coffee in the room.

the pillows ,4 of them , were heavily stained and smelly building work was going on, sanitary water was leaking from ceiling into reception area floor !! the bath itself was not clean with paint marks around the drain ...no air conditioning... a nightmare!!

Lies about the tax and the facility!

Cleaning staff was awesome! The were so polite. And everywhere was so clean

Despite the City tax was written as 49€, they charged 59€. And when we asked about the 10€ difference; they first said “because Booking charges commission, this is why”, and then “it’s for the electricity”. When we said that we’ll call and inform Booking about this, they got really nervous and threatened us cancelling the reservation in a form of “you’ll get full refund”. It was already late and was so obvious that it’s almost impossible to find ourselves a whole new reservation. Oh, and one more thing; even though there claimed to be Air conditioner; IT DOESN’T WORK DURING THE WINTER!!!! And the reception told this as it is the most natural thing!!!!! And the location is the best if you like rats around yourself while walking to the metro station

Unfriendly staff, very Cold room. No hitting facilities and when I told the reception they told me it's winter and it is cold!!! Very mall room with just a mall window. Very depressing and uncomfortable. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Quick stop between flights

We had to book a hotel for one night as our flight was cancelled due to the lovely French Air traffic controllers going on strike without notice. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern with tea/coffee and tv.

The location was well dodgy. I definitely wouldn't be recommending a stroll in the neighbourhood in the evening. We went for a stroll, and we greeted some unsavoury characters. There's no fault of the hotel, but just something to be aware of.

1.Repair your washbasin, it can't drain. 2.The air conditioner is not working. 3.Nobody cleaned the room. 4.Arrange maintenance, but the receptionist didn't do it.
