Great price with really friendly helpful staff

The staff were really friendly and check in early which was great. Also the hotel really emphasises being environmentally friendly The rooftop bar had a lovely view and amazing food

The street outside does not feel the safest at night but once you are inside the hotel you feel safe. The pillows were too soft and thin and the AC did not work

The location was great. 2 minutes from the bustop and a great view of the city and Eiffel Tower from the rooftop. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Staff was exceptionally well trained & the service was top notch!

The manager, Dylan & front desk attendant, Leticia were incredibly sweet & accommodating. Everyone else on staff was exceptionally kind. The rooftop bar had beautiful 360 degree view of the entire city. I would highly recommend staying here.

Its a bit outside the city but close to Monmarte to visit that.

Nice view from the rooftop bar. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Nice towels, coffee machine.

Really bad neighborhood in the evening. Open drug use and excrement on the sidewalk.You won’t want to explore. When asked for a cab we were sent a private van that charged twice the G7 rate and paid the front desk guy a commission.

You can see there was effort being put into things. Interior was still quite new. I’d like the gift when we arrived: re-usable water bottles - gave a nice sustainable tone to it… and not to forget: The roof top terrace offers really beautiful views.

The family “suite” we had, offered two toilets - which is good. But a second sink next to the one in the only bathroom would have made a difference. Depending on the turn one makes, the neighborhood one shouldn’t pay too much attention…

Would not recommend this location for females travelling alone

A great hotel. Amazing views, modern history interior and wonderful staff.

However, the money I saved on a cheaper hotel I ended up spending on Ubers as it was a bit of a walk from the metro / bus and it didn't feel a particularly safe area. I would not want to walk in the evening back to the hotel.

The staff was very kind and ready to resolve problems as they arose.

The rooms are awful: very small, no minibar (which I do not expect from a 4-star hotel), no wardrobe, etc. ... really not not what I expected.

Found blood stain on spare pillow, there was a lot of noise coming from the adjacent rooms banging and crashing every morning potentially a cleaning closet or something next door to our room but very annoying

Not a good location but good hotel

Spacious comfortable room with good blackout curtains and quiet. Good sized bathroom, big tv. Nice roof terrace with views of the city. It's not in a good location i didn't feel safe walking around the area on my own. It was also 15 minutes walk in either direction from a metro stop to get to any sights.

reception staff were hesitant and slow, there was one really good guy who helped everyone else out on the computer

Exceeded all expectations. A great place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good location for public transport. Rooftop bar was clean and offered a good selection of food and drinks. On the whole the hotel had a nice atmosphere and 'vibe'.

As a vegetarian, breakfast could have had a better selection, but that's me just being picky.

The staff were very accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is great there’s nothing to complain about, and it’s easy to reach most places in Paris. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything you need shops, restaurants, and more is right at your doorstep. The metro station is also conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk

There weren’t many facilities available it would have been ideal if there had been a fridge in the room.

For a girls trip as a group not a good spot the area is rough and too far outside the city! And there was two men in the

The hotel had nice decor and the roof top bar was lovely! The breakfast was lovely also very handy! The rooftop bar was great for photos! There was also two women working at reception one day and they were so lovely and complemented our outfits which we loved!

When I was checking into the hotel dealing with the man who checked us in was very difficult and very rude. He even demanded I speak French when I explained I was from Ireland and only had very small phrases of French. Then he explained I had booked incorrectly and even demanded I come around the desk to see what was wrong when there system was just different to booking.com and everything was actually fine. Even throughout the stay he was extremely difficult to deal with. There was also a barman upstairs that made our group feel extremely uncomfortable when ordering drinks and making very rude sneers and joking! The room for 4 people was not able to deal for four people we couldn’t have our connecting doors open at same time as they were blocking our exit to leave the room it was just too small and shouldn’t be advertised as a “suite”. Also the carpets were extremely dirty! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a group of girls the area is quite rough and those two men made us feel uncomfortable because they were so rude.

Nice enough people but definitely not what I’d call a quality service.

Although situated in a bit of an uncomfortable location, hotel is safe, secure and reasonably clean.

Wi-Fi weak and often unstable, restaurant food basic and average - much better options and much better value for money options in Paris! Staff at the desk don’t communicate much and don’t take much of a proactive initiative. We pre-booked an extra night (arriving a day before the original booking). Bookings were treated as separate, so we had issues with room key, room bill etc. nothing was preempted - we kept having to go to reception to sort out one issue at a time.

I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurants where I have been served fish quiche and I have fish allergy but when I made the restaurant aware of this they were very dismissive they told me they can’t do anything and made me pay for it too. I told them it isn’t right that the menu doesn’t inform about the food ingredients and they told me it’s not their responsibility. I could’ve been serious ill I feel so disappointed

All and all, we enjoyed our stay. The suite we had was a good size but pretty bare. There wasn’t even any tissue paper

It had a nice free breakfast. Also, the rooftop deck has a very nice view.

the surrounding area is not very nice. There was an illegal flea market that took place on the street on the hotel and across the street. We watched the police break it up twice in one day. After it was over, there was a lot of used clothing scattered on the sidewalks. The location of the property is not that close to much except the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.

Super comfy and very accommodating staff. Works great with English. And cherry on top, secure parking which is hard to get in Paris. I managed to have my car parked there entire time and was Ubering.

The location was awful, I wish I did some research before booking here. I felt really unsafe walking around the hotel area. Unfortunately I would never recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without a man. I received disgusting comments from men living in the area while walking to the metro station with my mom, even in plain daylight. And I think many were drunk/high. We had to take taxis at night because of this.

Crazy 🤪 3 had the best experience

It's my 2nd time staying in this hotel and the reasons being very clean ,staff are polite and very helpful, convenient to underground and all other transportation. Value for your money. The rooftop sold it 🙌🏾 for me ,wish it could open for longer on the weekends.

It's the surrounding area very dirty which am sure the council needs to put more effort by relocating enforcement of clearance to those vendors. Improvements required on breakfast more variety required. The checking in was a bit slow but overall I would recommend 👌🏽

Very nice clean hotel, friendly staff and lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast. 10 min walk from several metro stations.

The area felt a bit unsafe at night, especially if you have to walk from the metro. There was a street market everyday which was a bit too much with loads of rubbish around just on the way to the hotel.
