I enjoyed my stay, a better cleaning arrangement would make it awesome

The appartment spacious and so many stores in the neighbourhood.

Cleaning is not done everyday. They clean after 3 days. I had to take out trash on my own to the dustbeen outside and collect the bedsheets and towels from the reception and change them myself.

Great for the location.

The location was great along with the bathroom size.

Lack of basic kitchen amenities for making any sort of basic meal or cutting bread. Lack of control of the AC. Receptions lack of basic understanding when we were checking in and out… had to explain we were checking out in English and French 3 times. No welcome guide with WiFi access or electric blinds. Black out blinds are not a common thing.

Excellent location

Location was excellent. We really enjoyed the family feel around Saint Ouen's development and being in a non touristy area. The pool and sauna were brilliant for kids The location to the metro and bus stations was excellent Distance to local amenities was excellent - park, supermarket, pharmacy, Commune Food Court etc. Staff friendly and helpful The cost in comparison to central Paris was superb

Need to defrost freezer - it wouldn't shut so froze all the fresh produce in the fridge wasting our money Floor a little grubby as was the skirting board a bit dusty despite house cleaning. Some black mould on the shower all of the above easily sorted theough house cleaning.

Unacceptable stay, unresponsive, no evening help, poor maintenance, failed to provide paid services

Location to public transportation, Day time reception staff

Despite being told, that my late check-in was approved, I was left outside of the property for almost one hour at (1 am). buzzer got no response, telephone calles got no response. Thankfully I gained access from another renter (2 am). No evening reception staff! After one more hour, a cleaning person let me into my booked room (3 am), which was already occupied by someone, who turned out to be a homeless squatter! Closely to (4 am) I was offered a dirty room from someone who checked out, with only a twin bed, even though there were two of us traveling. By (4 am), I had no choice but to take it in order to rest a few hours and clean ourselves up. I wasn't until the next afternoon, that we were offered a properly cleaned room. This is the worst experience I have had arranging thru Booking.com. I demand a refund of at least one half of the price I paid, since I was treated poorly, received mediocre assistance, we were made to sleep in a dirty and inadequate room half of my three day stay. I expect this refund promptly. Otherwise I will initiate a credit card dispute for the entire amount based on the total experience and refusal to acknowledge fault.

Lovely quiet place in a retirement building

The apartment was tidy, very comfortable and we could never hear our neighbours. Advice for anyone who needs silence and a place to stay that is quiet. Everyone in the building was very kind!

The kitchen was not very well stocked, there were no kitchen knifes, no board, nothing to clean the kitchen or the house. The hairdryer was also missing and the staff couldnt find one for me. Since the staff didnt speak english it was hard to get directions for stuff. itd be nice if the place would have a information sheet in multiple languages to allow guests to know where the pool is, what conditions you need to use certain stuff and what you can ask for at the reception.

Spacious and clean rooms with some complications

The rooms were large and clean. The location was near to the metro station. Personnel did their best to solve any problem we encountered. The neighborhood is nice with shops, a bakery and restaurants.

The night before we arrived we learned that the reserved 3-person apartment was not available. They solved it by putting us in 2x 2 person apartments with free breakfast. The lady at the reception did not speak English so communication was a bit difficult, but we managed. We had to order breakfast the day before and what we got was not exactly as we ordered. They tried to solve the problems, but we had to go down several times. We couldn't turn down the heating in one of the rooms and in the other room there were no light-blocking curtains. Note: this seems to be a retirement home in which they rent out available rooms to tourists. There's nothing wrong with this, just don't expect a "proper" hotel as you might be used to.

Great value stay for a visit to Paris

Stylish apartment, lots of privacy, nice views from the private balcony, plenty of appliances provided

Room was clean and comfortable except for a constant smell coming from the bin cupboard, even though it had been emptied before our visit. Location of the property was much further than I was expecting, nearest metro was a 10 min walk and ubers to/from the area were generally expensive

Agréable séjour

C’est calme, spacieux, confortable, la piscine avec les bains à remous est agréable, le quartier est sympa il y a des bon restaurants a proximité et l’accès au transport entre le métro mairie de st ouen et le RER de st ouen est très pratique.

Rien d’insupportable à signaler mais j’ai noté ces points : côté rue en face c’est assez bruyant à cause de l’usine en face (pour moi qui est le sommeil léger). Immeuble un peu surchauffé. Linge de lit très fin (drap qui part facilement du matelas pour le protéger) et je n’ai pas compris le service de ménage qui passait seulement ranger les serviettes de bain utilisées.

Séjour parfait !

J'ai aimé la propreté, le calme et la taille du logement. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que les équipements bien-être de la résidence soient en accès libre. Aussi, les membres du personnel sont très accueillants et arrangeants, que ce soit par téléphone ou en face à face. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

A choisir en connaissance

Bon, c n'est pas un hôtel, c'est une résidence pour seniors, alors il faut avoir une bonne raison pour loger ici , et être bien conscient du lieu. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé . Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. C'est situé proche de Paris.

Check- in tardif (16h) mais check-out matinal (10h). Taxe de séjour hors de prix 14€/ pers x2 =28€ la nuitée ! Pas merci la mairie de St Ouen !Auquel il faut rajouter 10€ de parking. Le tout pour avoir une vue sur...la déchèterie juste en face. Et le sauna à lampes infra rouge ne vous fera pas voyager en Scandinavie.

Prima ruimte, echter aantal punten ruimte voor verbetering

Ruime accomodatie. Goed bed.

In advertentie staat: goed uitgeruste keuken. Er was niets, maar dan ook niets aanwezig. Geen serviesgoed, geen pannen, geen bestek. Verder erg warm. Centraal gereguleerde thermostaat. Kamer aan de weg. Vrij lawaaiig, derhalve geen optie om raam open te zetten. Verder: om 12 uur in de nacht ( wij sliepen) werd de deur geopend door ws iemand van het personeel. Er werd iets in het frans geroepen……. Wel schrikken!

Spacieux et calme mais n’arrivez pas trop tard

Appartement grand tout équipé et calme.

Si on arrive après 20:00, il y a un numéro à appeler… encore faut-il que quelqu’un réponde. J’ai appelé 4 fois et j’ai attendu à la porte de l’établissement. J’ai sonné à l’interphone. J’ai attendu…C’est un pensionnaire qui passait par là et qui m’a ouvert. Le chauffage trop élevé. À l’heure de faire des économies, il est toujours étonnant de voir des thermostat réglés à 28 !!!

Nous avons apprécié la faculté du personnel super aimable et pro dans la faculté à résoudre des difficultés d'installation et de descriptif non-conforme.

Piscine fermée alors qu'annoncée ouverte (pas reçu de message d'info), pas de four alors que sur descriptif, installation dans chambre donnant sur rue bruyante. A chaque fois le personnel a trouvé une solution équitable de compensation avec amabilité et compréhension : petites attentions offertes et changement d'appartement bien plus sympa. Merci.

Très bonne solution pour travailler à Paris

Beaucoup de place avec une chambre et une pièce principale, très calme, tous les équipements à disposition, très bon WIFI, quelques commerces à proximité pour faire des courses, très bon rapport qualité-prix, promimité lignes 13 et 14 du métro parisien pour être rapidement un peu partout. Le quartier peut faire peur, mais il est en plein changement.

De locatie is wat apart in een gebouw waar ook bejaarden wonen en studenten MAAR dit heeft ook wel z’n charme! De wijk is goed te doen met vlakbij een foodhall, giede bakker en supermarkt Het appartement is heel ruim.

Keuken, je kan niet echt koken. Er is een 2 pits fornuis en er zijn 2 pannetje. Er zijn echter genoeg restaurants in de buurt om lekker te eten.

La déco moderne, l'amabilité du personnel. L'espace poir personne a mobilité réduite qui facilite l'accès aux pièces et a la douche.

Le robinet de cuisine non fixé, la.clim ne fonctionne pas( avec des stores noirs en plein soleil pas top quand il fait chaud côté rue bruyante toute la nuit...), les commandes de stores qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes, l'absence de gel.douche, le pansement usagé sur la table de nuit. Et le plan de secours dans une résidence senior est illisible... trop petit...
