Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast , the room was cosy and had everything we needed, bathroom very tiny but ok for a long weekend stay like ours. Location was amazing and we walked around everywhere from there. Quite at night so we got a great sleep. The little self service coffe/ water corner in the hall was a nice touch too!
nothing in particular to be honest, the bathroom was quite small and the shower being sort of open would let water on to the floor, the view was towards the inside of the building, but i think that just cant be helped due to the nature of the building's structure

Good location cute rooms. Friendly and very helpful evening/night staff on front desk nothing was too much trouble for him. Lady on day staff not as good hence slightly lower score.
Extractor fans in bathrooms didn’t work making it steamy. Our first room had noisy neighbours during the night but told night staff in the morning and he changed our room and was very helpful.

Good location, lighting in rooms is good, beds comfortable
Bathrooms dated, shower drain clogged and not dealt with despite asking on 2 consecutive days, very small bathroom so you bump into screens
