Very clean and stylish hotel with exceptional customer service. The room was spotless with AC and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the hotel to a high standard.A true vintage place. The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was also ideal for us, as we wanted to be close enough to the city without being right in the centre. Also we were leaving in the afternoon and they let us leave our bags after checkout time while we had lunch. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

The bathroom could definitely benefit from an update, as it was quite small. There was also only one mirror in the room, which was a little inconvenient as there were three girls. Additionally, the area can get quite noisy at night, with passers-by outside occasionally talking loudly or shouting, which can be disruptive.

The breakfast was great, staff were very helpful. Room was smaller than expected, but okay for 2 nights as we were always out and about.

Location was great and staff were super helpful. They upgraded my room when my room was not ready for check in and were accomodating with holding my luggage after check out. Free tea and coffee was great.

My room was very uncomfortable. The sound proofing in the ceiling was poor so I could hear the person above me all night. The shower was not sealed so all the water from the shower ended up on the floor of the bathroom. There was a brown stain on my pillow. I didn’t have breakfast included but did see the selection and it was not great compared to others I have seen.
